I recently visited David M. Robinson and had the pleasure of being assisted by Tamara. Her professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. Not only did she remember my registration form, but she also went above and beyond to offer me my dream watch. Tamara’s knowledge and warm, personalized service made the entire experience exceptional. She took the time to understand my preferences and ensured I left feeling completely satisfied. I highly recommend both David M. Robinson and Tamara for anyone looking for outstanding service and expertise.

The staff at David M Robinson Manchester have always been, and continue to be five star passionate brand ambassadors. Today was no exception as I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Mel when calling in to have my Rolex bracelet resized.

Before examining the watch, Mel made me very comfortable. She offered me a drink which was incredibly kind, before starting to check the watch against its official papers to ensure authenticity. Mel then checked the size of the bracelet against my wrist and immediately knew how many extra links were required to exact a perfect fit.

While Mel attended to the watch, all other members of staff who passed me by were full of smiles and made me feel very welcome and proud to be a customer of DMR Manchester.

Mel returned having fitted the extra links, and polished my watch for good measure. Needless to say that the extended bracelet was a perfect fit, thus demonstrating Mel’s expertise and skill in the area. We briefly talked expectations for the upcoming Watches and Wonders 2026 and I found Mel to be incredibly interesting, knowledgeable, and jocular throughout.

All in all, a perfect visit to an amazing five star watch dealer.

I highly recommend this company and service, when I first started buying and higher end watches and jewellery some places looked you up and down and were not interested! DMR in Manchester and Craig were welcoming, knowledgeable and make you feel special with every visit and purchase. My latest purchases were from a watch from the Tudor boutique and bangle for the wife for Christmas. I have been a loyal customer of David M Robinson for some years now both in the Altrincham Branch and more recently them central Manchester store. I’ve always found the service, knowledge and professionalism of all staff members to be of the highest calibre.
My most recent dealings were with “Arousa” at the Manchester location. What’s a credit to the company she Is is I must say.

DMR have been my go to for years

Used DMR for years and can never rate them highly enough. Incredible service and just as important, after service. A big mention to Arousa also who is impeccable at what she does and incredibly friendly. I now recommend her to anybody who asks me about my jewellery.

When spending a lot of money, you want to have a rememberable experience. Tamara welcomed myself and my wife in to the shop and immediately made us feel welcome. She listened and new exactly what my wife was after. Tamara really knows her subject. We came back a year later because of this. I messaged Tamara who had moved to the city centre shop and straight away, sorted out our requirement and had it ready to purchase. We were again treated really well by the Altrincham staff. Visited DMR for a remodel of a engagement ring. The girl who served us was amazing! And even better that she was a specialist in chocolate diamonds - which was the ring that needed a revamp! She was amazing from start to finish. I could not recommend Tamara enough! She communicated everything with my fiance and made the whole experience truly magical. We ended up going back to her for our wedding rings! Now, my mum even wants to get some jewellery, too. She is an absolute superstar! Thanks Tamara!
