I have been working with both Manchester and Altrincham branches to secure an engagement ring. Arousa in the Manchester branch has been very helpful throughout the process (which has been over a month of back and forth), showing understanding and flexibility at every step, in constant communication. In both branches I was treated very well and respectfully, with no sense of rushing, which is so important when making a big investment.

The experience at David M Robinson at the Canary Wharf store was splendid. Asif had taken great care of me and made sure the experience went above and beyond. Customer service is always top notch when you visit.

Callum at DMR Liverpool went above and beyond to ensure that my purchase which was a suprise present for my wife was a available in the shop on the day. As that did not have it in stock. Champagne while we waited was a nice touch. And Callum explained everything.

I wanted a Rolex Submariner watch so much and had seen 2 in the Liverpool shop window that I really liked. I went in and was greeted by Lewis who was great and very helpful. I really wanted the Black faced Submariner, but this is very hard to get. The other watch I liked was the Blue faced Submariner, which was beautiful but more expensive. Lewis told me that one was available and I decided to buy it immediately.
I still hope to get the Black faced Sub and have put my name on the waiting list.

I really enjoyed purchasing watches for me and my family in dmr Canary Wharf, Asif and the team are super helpful! Lovely suggestions and very delightful visits every time! I highly recommended other friends to visit.

I visited the DMR showroom again recently to collect a timepiece and once again the experience was exceptional ! The communication leading up to my visit, the exceptional customer service whilst there and the follow up is brilliant . The manager Bale leads a truly customer centric team and Baron who looks after me is very welcoming, has a first class knowledge of their product range and understands his customers and makes me feel valued. I can’t recommend them enough for your watch and jewellery needs.

I was dealt with Connor on Sunday, he provided a great experience while I was purchasing my Tag Carrera. No pressure from him, very polite, knowledgeable and professional. Very pleased all round. Although I was buying the watch for myself, we were in Liverpool for my partners birthday and Connor gave her a bottle of champagne- that was a really nice touch, thanks Connor.

I had a great experience purchasing my second watch from the Manchester store with Tamara. Clear communication throughout and a really nice experience in store when I collected my watch. Look forward to returning for my next one. Would highly recommend Tamara who was very knowledgable.

My father-in-law and I recently visited David M Robinson in Manchester and were looked after by Alex Broder for the purchase of 2 x timepieces.

From the moment we arrived, it felt like much more than a transaction, it was a genuine experience. Alex’s knowledge of the brand’s history and the fundamentals of the watch itself was impressive. He made everything feel special and took all steps to keep us well informed.

It’s rare to come across service that memorable. We’d highly recommend Alex and we’ll definitely be back for more.

I've been a client at David M Robinson in Canary Wharf for around 6 months, and the level of customer service has been beyond all expectations. Baron and the team have been superb in providing advice and guidance on my luxury watch journey.

Baron is always very welcoming and visiting the store feels like meeting an old friend. What is most important is the transparency they give of the process. I feel everyone is treated with respect, and have been given very realistic guidelines of what I should expect. However, while knowing I have to be patient, Baron and DMR have come through with some very nice surprises, and have far surpassed my expectations along the way.

I’ve recently bought a watch from DMR Manchester. From the moment we stepped through the door we felt welcomed. Summer was great, very friendly and more than happy to let me try on multiple watches. We didn’t feel rushed or like we were wasting anyone’s time, which is a much different experience to what we’ve had elsewhere. The whole experience felt special and memorable. We will definitely use DMR and Summer for future purchases.

I visited DMR on an impromptu trip and the service I received was exemplary, they were very accommodating and patient, really let me take my time with zero pressure, would highly recommend a visit and I will be back again in the near future that I’m sure of.
