I went to collect the in stock paint I…
I went to collect the in stock paint I ordered after 4pm on 2nd Jan as advised only to find the Crown shop closed at 4pm Mon-Fri. Wasted journey. I went to the screwfix store opposite as I needed the paint for the weekend. I now need to cancel my order and get a refund. Not happy!

The best assistance from this guy, he simply found the paint pot I needed as I found a photo of my old dried paint.
The shop was about to close but he didn't mind at all to take time to find this specific paint.

Great service
As a DIYer I searched online for the product I wanted and found the best deal on the Crown Decorating centre website. I ordered and paid online and collected the next working day without any wait whatsoever.
Lovely people at the centre.

Fantastic customer service in Charlton
The level of service in the Charlton store is absolutely fantastic. Special praise must go to Alicija who was very knowledgable, incredibly friendly and patient with my requests for help. The centre is very well stocked and easy to navigate too. Having someone as good as Alicija sets Crown Decorating Centres apart from the 'big sheds' like B&Q and Wickes where personal service is almost non-existent. She is a credit to your business, which is a rare thing in today's trade and retail market. Highly recommended indeed.
