Quick, Lady in a store was really nice.

Goods have not been delivered and a refund advised by Crown as being made to my account due to Crowns delivery van having an issue hasn't been received.
I have given this a full 2 weeks after the due delivery date and with no results to emails to the branch and Crown head office before posting this review on 25/11/25. Oh apart for a second prompting me to do a review!
The Crown Paints invoice issued on 06/11/2025 following the order states "Delivered on Monday, 10 November 2025" So it seems Crown think they can predict the future. Perhaps a due date for delivery would be more appropriate.
Update 09/12/2025, still chasing Crown, no goods, refund or a reply from their Stirling Branch or advised email addresses for information and complaints. Finally I got my money back on 11/12/2025, no communication from Crown.
The response from Crown asked that I send an email, if they had read my comments above and checked their emails they would have seen that I had already emailed their customer care address, I did include the order number and all relevant details. I also emailed their info email address and received a read receipt. My opinion remains unchanged.

Two day delivery on a special order paint, and delivery foc

This was the first time i had used the Crown centre in Dereham. The guys in there were so helpful and gave great advice. Really helpful and nice to get some good customer service. I would recomend

i clearly asked if it was ok to leave the delivery on the doorstep as I would not be there on friday. The delivery date was for Friday > the delivery did not arrive nor have I received any information as to why not . I am now unable to collect the sandpaper as I have left that address for my work which is no longer there . I there request that you refund me for the total and cancel the order. If this is too late then i request that you send the sandpaper to my home address which is in France. I will give you this address if needed. Very unsatisfied!

On not one but 2 occasions on consecutive days, 16th and 17th October, I came into Crown in Progress Road, Leigh on Sea, and received absolutely wonderful service from Michael.
Sadly there’s not always much great customer service in the world anymore, restored my faith.
I understand from my partner that all the staff there are very helpful and kind in that store.
Following my experience I will definitely be returning when I need more products and have recommended to family and friends as well.

We ordered Solvite Paste The Wall Ready Mixed (Product Code: 6050560) for collection. The product delivered to store was in fact a bag of powder flakes for self mixing, which sell elsewhere for 1/3 price. We explained that this did not match the product description or image but we were assured it was the correct product. Requested a refund which was processed but this held up our project.

Great service ordered in morning and mixed paint was ready for lunch time.Also paint is great quality and goes a long way

Good customer service and good value for money

Product has great reviews (I haven't used it yet), delivery good - I got a call in advance so was able to help with access to our home which is slightly challenging.
