Rocwood unhelpful and in hiding
For a company that claims to be a leader of tools ect their customer service is pathetic. They don’t have a customer service telephone service. They haven’t responded to a email sent concerning a missing charger for the pressure washer so… Electric start is non existent as we can’t charge the battery and there is no details anywhere on the web showing any parts whatsoever. They claim that they are on facebook / instagram/ twitter ect but they don’t show up on any platform. I did eventually find a telephone number but the woman who answered was as much use as chocolate mug. Refused to allow me to speak to anyone whatsoever and acted like hitler.. Her was or no way which was like it or lump it.. Would I purchase another Rocwood product. NOT IN A HELLS CHANCE.

We feel it’s important to address a few points raised here. Throughout our correspondence, we responded promptly within working hours and took action to resolve issues as they were reported. A replacement petrol cap was arranged and dispatched immediately, with tracking provided.
When you later contacted us regarding the charger, we explained where it is typically packaged and offered further assistance if it could not be located.
That said, we do not consider the language used in your review to be appropriate or reflective of the service provided. We have made every reasonable effort to assist you and remain willing to help resolve the charger issue should it still be missing. We are an internet based company so we do not have the facilities to accommodate a phone service.

Pressure washer
First time of using my pressure washer the hose rubbed against part of the frame work and after a hour and half of use a hole appeared. This fault was not covered under warranty so l had to buy a replacement hose for £30.

Great Product
Great Product. Sturdy. Documentation on how to put it together could be improved though. Images lack clarity and instructions vague in areas. Suggest a video tutorial. Using Evri as the courier was disappointing. The first attempt was a failed delivery from Evri where the product was late, then damaged beyond repair. Had to order again and the next delivery was also late but arrived with just a damaged box this time. Overall though, can't fault the product.
