supply issues

did not disclose supply issues, so far, four weeks to provide me with complete site lights and tripods.
i had to chase for updates, which they did respond to, but only after multiple calls and no call backs.
my order was submitted online 17 March,
i have been partially supplied my order and told this morning 13 April. that the remainder of my order may be with me by the end of the month.

Delivery was prompt

Delivery was prompt, quality of products very good, prices competitive. Much cheaper than Amazon, would have given 5 stars but website not the best, needs a refresh I think as not best user interface.

Several delays in shipping
Tool Chimp Customer services misled me and lied about delivery time frame. Goods out of stock goods not picked up by courier etc etc Goods now recieved after almost 2 weeks of problems. And multiple phone calls
Had previous issues with Toolchimp. Deliveries are unreliable.

No updates on an order placed on the 16/03/26

No updates on an order placed on 16/03/26 I placed an Although they do not make the delivery date clear at the moment of the purchase, I have tried to contact them to a few times to ask it, and they have no answer. I had to start a bank dispute to claim the money back as an email requesting the order cancelation wasn't effective.
