Very happy with Wilson Plumbing and heating. I've been getting some groundwork done, and the groundworkers managed to loosen the oil feed line slightly, resulting in air being drawn into the feed line. I called my usual heating company (who installed the new boiler) on Tuesday, but they were busy until Friday!! No heating. No hot water for FOUR DAYS! Wilson Plumbing to the rescue. The very helpful Diane said she'd get Paul, Nick or Craig to shuffle their day around and come out to sort things. Nick called and said he'd be with me in half an hour. He duly arrived, and with one look at the boiler, agreed it was air in the feed line. Literally two minutes later - boiler back on line. He was lovely enough to show me how to correct the issue if it happens again (unlike my regular company)! Punctual. Polite. Knowledgeable. Rescued us from zero heating on several quite cool days. Thank you very much. I will use this company again.

Excellent company and very friendly service, from Diane in the office to Steve who called out to fix my leaking boiler. I rang on Monday and by Tuesday afternoon not only was my leak fixed but boiler serviced too, despite Steve having another job to get to. Boiler not serviced in many years so it had to be done and I’m so grateful to Steve for going that bit extra to do it. He was friendly, efficient and very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Craig Wilson Plumbing, and lesson learnt…service your boiler every year!

Used this company for a few years now. They have dealt with a couple of breakdowns in midwinter - fixed quickly. Have annual service and this is done quickly efficiently and in a friendly pleasant way. Would highly recommend them - boiler outside and even when its freezing cold services are done with no complaints. Well done to everyone.

We recently had a Worcester boiler fitted and we're pleased with the job that Ross did . I think it would benefit the company if they fitted some kind of boxing around the pipework, even if they included it in the quote.

Amazing service. Would highly recommend. I rang them yesterday as everyone else had at least a three day wait to come out . these guys came out the same day (2 hours later !!) identified the problem , provided a quote and came out today and job done . This is the type of service customers need . No fuss , no messing about . I would highly recommend .

Always have had great service from Wilson Plumbing and Heating in the past on scheduled appointments. This time we had a major problem with an unexpected leak in the bathroom. I rang on the morning, Wendy arranged engineer (Ross) to come that afternoon. Repair sorted! Fantastic! Thanks! Great team!

I have just used Wilson's plumbing for a boiler upgrade and several little jobs while they where at my home. From start to finish the customer service was above and beyond, face to face, email or text the response was quick and answered the questions. Nothing was too small to answer. The sales pitch was good and I liked the options included within the information as it was not all about what they could do, it was with options from other avenues away from their services. No pushy sales and decisions left for me to decide. The only thing against the whole experience was that they only supplied one brand of boiler, Worcester and this brand may be out of some people's budget range but that does not say they won't fit a boiler supplied by the customer. It took one day to fit the new boiler and complete the other little jobs (tap change etc) and everything was left clean and tidy. Excellent. Thank you Craig, Ross and Lewis.

Great service thanks to Craig and his team of engineers. He came out and assessed what my heating system required both before and prior to the installation. The engineer Ross and Lewis worked very effectively throughout the replacement of a new boiler and pipework with radiators. Nothing was to much to ask.

Excellent service from start to finish. Nick came along, listened to our needs and then prepared a detailed quotation for our job. Ross and Lewis came along to install our new boiler and fit some new radiators. All of our works carried out efficiently, no fuss and everything cleared away afterwards. Wilsons were great! Craig gave us a detailed & honest assessment and quote, and was happy to adjust it to suit our needs. Ross & Lewis did a great job fitting the new boiler and radiator. They went above and beyond to make sure the character of the house was preserved, and even arranged a new part to be delivered and fitted when one was imperfect, without us having noticed. From initial visit for a quote and advice to installation we received great service. Needed a whole new boiler system and resited to a new location. Day one we had a new boiler up and running, day two the whole old system removed. Ross, Nick and Rodney did a great job, were very informative and left everything clean and tidy. Would highly recommend this company.

From my very first phone call to my last closing requests over a four week period, (during which I had to wait for plaster to dry), this company has been quick, alert, responsive and efficient, whilst delivering the end result I wanted at a truly competitive rate. They have suppliers who can source any type of radiator at speed, administration that has just the right amount of customer deference backed by good common sense and impressively good leadership that doesn't duck a challenge. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anybody looking for competence and good organisation at a fair price.

They give excellent service, even after installation of an air source heat pump system 9 years ago. They don't leave you unsupported and are trustworthy to give their best.

Paul attended today and serviced gas boilers in adjacent apartments. Great service, arrived on time, very nice to deal with. See you next year for the annual service!
