We’ve been using Heatglow for many years now. Always very professional and helpful. They always keep you up to date with arrival times, and follow up to make sure you’re happy with the work. Karl came out this time, he was very nice and helpful, explaining exactly what he was doing and why. He also followed up a few days later checking that everything was working properly. Excellent service!

Very easy to book our boiler service with HeatGlow, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very useful reminders about the date and time of the appointment. Karl arrived a little early to make sure he found the house and was then very efficient and professional throughout. Excellent job, thank you very much!!
