Well let me start by saying I was completely wrong about Annke Camera Systems! The 2nd camera system was purchased for the NM house and I was not as impressed with the first one. After I installed the cameras the set up was very easy and everything worked well for a few years until my neighbor got out of prison. Seems like the only thing he learned in 16 years was to become more of a criminal mastermind that was learning technology, but for the wrong reasons.
In November or 2025 I officially got my proof
That the neighbor had mirrored my tv and he was able to see everything I was looking at, camera system, you tube, movies, bank accounts including the cameras system.
He mirrored the TVs that is how, not because of a weak security system it was because he had access to the tv and got everything down by site. He hacked my system and I was terrified that I could not get access to the camera system again.
After calling back in Nov2025 and explaining such a Crazy and Dangerous situation and having to jump through Several Security hoops of questions to verify that I was the co owner the support team helped me through a period of an hour to minutes here and there and more hours just before the new year by walking me through the process and responding to my emails.
Every single Representative in Customer Service has been very knowledgeable and helpful. They have been concerned about my family’s safety and the protection to not be a victim of a crime and to have some peace of mind when I am traveling.
Having to send videos to support to get an unbiased opinion has been a breath of relief. Why because my neighbor has attempted to use a WiFi jammer and pointed red and green lasers at my camera to damage them. But because it’s Hard wired and analog he is unable to stop my system. He is even using High Frequency devices to intercept or remotely control my system but has been unsuccessful since the system is hard wired to the router!

I only wished that they had 24 hr monitoring service.
Just this week I received a 16 channel camera system. I’m still working out the details of my preference settings. I’m adding new cameras and getting support has been a huge help also as they let me know if it’s compatible with the system.
Overall I am very satisfied with the optimal customer service experience each time I’m in contact with them.
I highly recommend Annke camera system to anyone needing a Home Secretary camera system without the monitoring expenses.

I started by having a problem with the camera resolution on my new cameras , I contacted Annke support for a solution of the problem, after giving them the Firmware version of my DVR they informed me that my DVR Firmware could not be updated as it was to old, so the only way to get 3K for my new cameras was to purchase a newer DVR which I have done.
Excellent service fron Annke support agents and Annke shop.

Annke product (Model:DW81KT) which I purchased is easy to setup. It output clear picture quality and effective monitoring options (local and remote via mobile phone app).
Recently, I encountered image dropout and contacted Annke customer service for assistance. Annke customer service agent (Todd) was assigned for this ticket. He is knowledgeable, helpful and easy to deal with. A faulty power supply unit to the camera was the cause of the issue. This faulty power supply unit was from my previous security product (COCOON). Replacing with a new power supply unit fix the issue.
Overall, I am happy with the product performance and their customer service.

after a bit of a shaky start with trying to resolve my issue it was finally solved very easily. The great thing about Annke is that they actually have a fully functioning support team ready to serve you. The quality of their cameras is superb too.

I had one of these annke cctv system for 10 years and it's still going so I never needed to contact customer services.i purchased a new one for my new house and didn't realise the cameras and the controller box were not compatible.i returned all the items for a full refund and purchased another system from them which was compatible.the support team and customer service was excellent throughout the whole process.
