This is a company that refuses to honor…
This is a company that refuses to honor there warranty. There customer service is customer abuse and retaliation. They said they would replace my video recorder that failed to work it was sent several months ago and the they wanted me to send back all the cameras also. My roof line is approx 14 ft and I had to have a professional install. They keep answering my questions with more questions with emails sent at 3am no one answers there so called customer service number. I am pretty sure ther cameras are made by Ansjer who also makes cameras for other companies as well. They refuse to replace the video recorder or offer a refund unless I send the cameras back. It has become daunting and maddening trying to understand why i feel tortured dealing with this company. Now they have brought into this game the so called store manager.and now he wants to refund the recorder but wants my banking info I paid with paypal I bought this system right from there web site. One day they say they will send a replacement recorder the next they don't have one. This has been going on for months.

System worked for 11 months than failed, returned with a label sent by them, they then said they didn't receive the system, I proved it was delivered by sending them the tracking details from Royal mail showing the posting and the receipt, more back peddling by Zosi then stopped responding to my emails, avoid this company at all costs, it will end badly

If I can give a zero, I will. I bought security cameras so that when I need it, I can go to the app and be able to see what is going in on in my house. I've had these 4 cameras for about 4 years now. They never work consistently. Most of the time, they are off line. Just have not had the time to replace them. Customer service is almost non existent.

Zosi security camera is worthless. Installed 8 camera system and within year, 4 cameras not functioning. No customer support phone number can be found anywhere online. Sent email for help but no response. Don't waste money on this cheap quality made in China crap.

The image on my monitor shakes and s very hard to look at even to try to fix it. Seems like your system runs on different HZ or something. How do I fix it?
I try to adjust the zoom and focus point of the cameras and it adjusts but I am unable to escape with out your system returning to the original camera position.

how do I set the system to record only when there is movement. This is why I bought this system.
After I sent my purchase info, model number and a picture of it, all of which they insisted on, Their customer service person's answered one question of 4 incorrectly. They say that the system does not zoom when it clearly does.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. My NvR has no power going to it. They have been requesting me to test different solutions for a month. They will not repair or replace my deffective NvR that is only 6 months old. Not a quality product.
Cameras aren't what they say
Cameras aren't what they say, face detail isn't clear, sometimes doesn't switch from daylight to darkness , camera looses half it's picture, they pulse when it becoming daylight, or just stop working. Not at all impressed with zosi.
Poor customer service and communication
I had 4 zosi cameras in a pack. On had a bad cable. I requested a new cable. I was asked to send pics. I sent pics of broken cable. I was asked for more picks. I sent pics of dvr, cameras, cables, labels on all equipment and pictures of the box they came in. I kept getting the same requests. The only thing I could not send was the purchase order number because our home office ordered and I did not have access. But Zosi kept sending duplicate requests. Until they started sending duplicate requests from Lynne for a review. I put it off, even telling Lynne they did not want me to send a review without resolving my issue. I finally decided I was not going to get anywhere with them so, here is my review. Don't expect satisfactory results with an issue. If thus review makes a difference, I will post a positive review.
Zosi camera screws rusting
I bought a relatively expensive ZOSI 8MP 4K PTZ Wireless Outdoor Camera. After a few months screws on top of the camera started rusting badly. Clearly they are not stainless steel. When I enquired I got this response from the company - "If it often rains in your hometown, we suggest that you take waterproof measures on your camera. For instance, you can wrap some parts of the camera with tape"!
I ended up replacing the cheap steel screws used in manufacture with number 4 x half inch (2.9 x 13mm) stainless ones myself to prevent rusting.

Do buy. Simply awful Poe camera system . I got the 4 camera pack and bought two extra. All don’t work now . They did replace one under the 12 month warranty. Had the system 18 months and it’s all going in the bin if you want a good camera system buy Eufy

If I could give this negative stars
If I could give this negative stars, I would. This has been a horrible experience. There is no phone number to call. Everything is done by email so getting a quick reply doesn't happen. Make sure you keep your receipt with your original order number or you won't be able to reset anything. Make sure you leave the stickers on the DVR. You will need those too. Don't think your passwords will work, because they won't. I will say the picture quality is pretty good. I only know that because the previous owner of this office had the cameras up and going. We had to switch to our wifi and this has been a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and just don't.
Extremely poor customer service
I purchased a wireless system off ZOSI it lasted about 6mths then I had issues. They said send it back and we will repair. I sent it back by registered post. I have proof it arrived, but they could not find it and denied it was received. After a lot of emails back and forth they agreed to sell me new kit at reduced price. I purchased new kit and it broke down again 2 weeks after install. I returned under ebay rules and got refund. Go elsewhere the only thing worse than their customer service is their products.
2 full systems quit working
I've had two 16 cameras Poe systems go out and just stop working in 2 years customer service said they can give me a 30 percent off coupon after spending 1400 twice.... Rediculas same your money and and get better quality. They don't care and make systems that break down so you have to spend more money
Immense disappointment after a year of use.
Have been using Zosi for almost a year now and in the last 2 months have had many issues.
First the camera started idling on its own, as if there was a way to disable idle time, its not even in the settings.
Second...which has been going on for all the time, the software doesnt see that local network is enabled, even if it has all the permissions, it still pops up.
Now recently this is a massive issue for us because THIS IS A BABY MONITOR...it looses connection, camera appears on and suddenly it looses connection it can be any moment, this happens at night. Essentially it doesnt work until I hard reboot.
Pretty sure this is a software issue which came after the app pushed an update through.
I would say the makers are negligent because theyre selling a a child safety device that stops working on own initiative. Its not like theres even a notification its stopped loading, the picture freezes, which can be misleading.
I am extremely disappointed, because there has not been a hotfix to the issue with the app.
