Pore customer service. Hot the wrong product, the supplier uses long respons time with back and front without any action. I can not get the product I ordered and already paid for

I had a great experience ordering from these guys. I ordered a new RC truck (FTX Ramraider) for my son's birthday. I ordered it on black Friday for a great price, and had to hold onto it for the big day in Jan. When we took it for its first spin, it broke pretty terminally which rather upset my son. I contacted Raj and Tony, and after explaining the situation, they agreed to take the truck back, and expedited a replacement with relative ease. The service and communications were excellent, and I would definitely recommend them for all things RC. Great job and thank you AT Models team. 👍

I purchased a Traxxas high trail but instead. All i received was a empty cardboard box with some foam delivered by DPD. And as the empty box shows its been delivered by the tracking number they say nothing can be done and I've paid £533.67 for a nice empty box! Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Ordered some upgraded srings for my turbo timber , despatch was not tat speedy and then riyal mail delivered to a wrong address, AT models not much help in sorting the issue so had to get a refund from PayPal and reorder from another firm, that one turned up

I payed £631.00 for a losi promoto SM. The first one never got collected by DPD and tracking was never updated. A week later a non RTR model black one was sent instead of green. I ordered 2 extra batteries and came with a charger. There was no charging lead c5 to c3 to even charge the bloody thing when it arrived and both new batteries were uncharged. As a present for someone this is not acceptable. I messaged and still no reply. I've had to order my own adaptor cable at a cost 0f £25.
Not happy to say the least.

Placed an order 30/12/25 kept getting email saying DPD delivery delayed, when I contacted AT models they said it was because of road conditions where I am, the roads had been clear for days, they then said it was delayed at DPD England, I said recall delivery and refund, that was 5 days ago, still no refund, told me it would be today but nothing, DISGRACEFUL SERVICE, AVOID

Finally got a refund after involving PayPal, just over a month to receive refund

Extremely Disappointed – A Christmas Gift Ruined Due to AT Models’ Error
I purchased an Arrma Quake RC car bundle from AT Models in December as my 9‑year‑old son's main Christmas present. The battery included in this bundle was selected and supplied by AT Models as part of the deal.
When my son excitedly opened the gift on Christmas Day, we quickly realised the battery was completely incompatible. AT Models had supplied an IC3 connector battery, even though the car requires an IC5. Because the battery was chosen by them—not by me—this made the entire gift unusable straight out of the box.
My son was devastated, and it had a real impact on his Christmas Day. I ended up letting him use the IC3 battery in an old, nearly broken RC car just so he had something to play with.
Two days later, I contacted AT Models to explain the situation. After several attempts—including messages and calls—I eventually received an email response from Raj, instructing me to send back the incorrect battery before they would send the right one. There was no apology, no acknowledgment, and no urgency despite the seriousness of the mistake.
Further communication with Tony also felt reluctant and unhelpful. Eventually the correct battery was sent, but only after multiple emails and without any empathy for the fact that their error ruined a child’s Christmas.
I understand that mistakes happen. What I find unacceptable is the complete lack of care shown throughout the resolution. The products were selected and supplied by AT Models, yet the customer service I received from Raj and Tony showed no responsibility or understanding.
Because of this experience, I will not be using AT Models again and will be recommending that others choose alternative retailers. I have always had excellent service from Modelsport, RC Geeks, Wheelspin Models, and Howes Models, all of whom I would happily recommend.
Customer service matters—especially when your mistake impacts a child’s Christmas. Unfortunately, AT Models did not deliver the level of care and professionalism you would expect.

Staff on the phones were excellent, it's nice to deal with a business that still cares and takes the time for you (even when you are new and clueless to RC cars). My son is thrilled with his RC car and having lots if fun.

Great model shop selling top notch products and friendly service

Recently ordered an RC car from here and the service provided by Tony was exemplary. He took the time to discuss options and offer me the best solution for my use case.

He was a pleasure to deal with and as result I would definitely return to Align Trex for my next RC Purchase.

So placed an order before Christmas for a align trex 450lp which arrived damaged this company woz absolutely rubbish at sorting it out I'm not bothered about the helicopter or the money now they still could not be bothered about sending the parts out and don't worry we will ring you back never did who ever raj is I wood find a new job may stacking shelves but that mite be to much for him don't worry are paths will cross at one on the model shows trust me this is them people who take the hobby well to far take it all seriously it's a bit of fun and still not an apology from the rubbish shop I wood really think twice about ordering from this shop Al make sure I spread the joy about this shop at the clubs and on media cheers your company woz a amazing experience not to spend any money with you happynew year

Ordered an ESC, it said it was in stock so thought I’d pay for the 24hour shipping. After a week I called the shop to ask where my order was and they said they are too busy and will send it. They sent it a day later (7 days after I placed the order)
I wrote to customer service who were super argumentative and then ended up ignoring me! Not even a refund on the express shipping or anything. Buy elsewhere as it wasn’t even the cheapest on the internet

Awful service from sales team and not as described on website

I sent my car for repair, I asked for it to be repaired, it was in repair for 2 weeks, when I went to pick it up, I was disappointed, the parts were missing, not complete, missing, he charged me 300 fonts for connecting the radio and replacing the module, the rest nothing was done, I do not recommend, scammers, I am very disappointed

Great service and communication, delivery was quick, always great price as well, have used them a few times now and couldn't fault them

Happy to take your money for an inferior quality product that looses steering after very little use an only 5 month old. Told warranty only 3 months. Laughable if the item is of inferior quality. Raj seems to be the one who has delt with the people in all the negative reviews. Will not use again. Am in contact credit card company to dispute the payment.
Don't buy from AT models.

I’ve ordered wheels for Losi Promoto they promised me next day never turn up then next day now we going in to the third day I keep ringing them I’ve asked to cancel after they didn’t turn up they not even posted them I asked to cancel but then they said they sent them scammer don’t waste your money on this company they don’t want to refund me but I’ve received nothing off them £76 on wheels please don’t use them you been warned shocking customer service off them think banks got to get involved now promise you wold but once they got your money they different attitude come out and they not interested in your problems they had you money and they run don’t use them find another company with better reviews
