I ordered a weights workout bench and a Barbell Bar I received the order confirmation but I didn't get any shipping details, I contacted the customer service 4 day's after I ordered as I had read the reviews and I was worried I had been stung, I got a reply within 24 hours (which i thought was reasonable) they gave me a tracking number and said the it showed on their system that one package was delivered the day before which it hadn't but, the Barbell bar arrived that day (which was a Friday). The weights bench arrived on the Monday (the next working day). It was annoying that it came as a split delivery (this was down to the courier and not Hop-sport). I built the bench and all the bits were present and it's been amazing ever since. My only recommendation for the company is to provide a tracking number as soon as it has left the warehouse. Don't listen to all the bad reviews as people only leave feedback when they have had a bad experience.

I placed an order with this company for a pull up/dip station. I was a bit dubious after reading some of the reviews on here. However, I can only speak from my own experience and everything was fine. My order arrived within 48 hours as they said it would. All the parts were in the box, it was securely packaged and all in order. I put the workout station together in about 30 mins and its really good quality and very stable and sturdy. Should provide reliable long term use in my opinion. Some people seem to have had a negative experience with Hop Sport but personally I'm really happy with them.

Big scam
Unfortunetely I have been scammed as well by this company, did order this 50% discounted abdominal muscle trainer, they advertise that will deliver in 48h. After waiting for 2 days I asked for order status and replied that there is a delayed by warehouse. After other 2 days I asked again and they said have been delivered in the day I asked for first order update. They emailed me a screenshot with royal mail tracking code showing has been delivered, A BIG LIE. When checked the tracking code againat my postcode guess what! No match, no infos displayed.
Avoid...avoid...avoid.
Best advice is to avoid this company.
Really poor experience with this company. At first it seemed fine until the courier failed to deliver. Gave options to leave with neighbours, never did. This is when things got messy. I had no vision of item but was told I'd only be refunded once they received it back, this was something I had no control over. In the end I had to go through my payment method and it's still mot resolved, even though now having confirmation the item is back with them. Completely out of their depth is the basic fundamentals are not delivered.

Bought the 80kg barbells and dumbell set, came in 6 separate parcels over 2 days. I was a little worried after reading the reviews on here after not being able to retrieve tracking information from parcelforce.
I got almost immediate responses to my emails from customer service and tracking info was updated straight away. In all I sent 3 emails and all where responded to promptly and actions followed up.
Items delivered in 4 working days, all great quality and for a great price.
Would buy from here again, 5 star service.

I ordered it, and it came fine, however, they sent the wrong parts, I built the whole thing and one side was shorter than the other. I contacted customer service and they took ages to reply and in turn make me pay 10 pounds for the return. So no free returns and no compensation nothing. Absolutely ridiculous.
Absolutely appalling trader
Absolutely appalling trader. Bought a punching bag for £76. The item did not get delivered. When I questioned them they said I'd not given the full address. They had the house number and the postcode which is sufficient to find the address. In any case, had they checked the billing address they woukd have found it matches th shipping address. Or had they programmed their website not to accept incorrect addresses or had they contacted me to establish the correct address instead of just sending the item to an incorrect address, I wouldn't be here. The postal service returned the item to sender on the same day and I sent them proof of that. Instead of refunding me immediately because it's only a few days before Christmas and I need the money to buy my child a present, they insist in keeping my money until the item is returned to them knowing postal services are slow thus time of year and this is depriving me of any opportunity to buy another present. Bottom line- no item, no refund in the week leading up to Christmas, and couldn't care less about their customers. DO NOT USE

Part of the order arrived, 4 attempts to track down the remaining items have been completely ignored and most worryingly the number on the bottom of the confirmation e mails is the speaking clock.

Do not buy!! Ordered weights, barbel and bench set.. weights and barbel arrived. Last parcel they have not even dispatched. Main part!! Emailed 4 times and complaint form online twice. Packaging awful for the weight it was holding. Barbel scratched! Parcel Force was told twice to leave in safe place‘ garage’ they didn’t leave on the 2 days I requested. 3rd time luckily I was home.. driver didn’t give a toss. Reported him to P/Force. Fuming!! Sons Xmas present partially delivered. Having to request charge back with my bank for partial refund. Should have been full refund for the stress.. don’t bother with this cowboy company.

Got some 10kg vinyl plates, can't believe the price and really good delivery as well. Fit perfectly on my barbell at home even though not the same brand as my existing kit

I bought one pull up bar for me and when I tried to fit the pull up bar I found that one of the leg is faulty. So I reached the customer care by email and put 3 complaint forms as well. I got reply after 1 week that , they will replace or repair the item. After that no response from company.
Missing Parts and Poor Quality Control
I’m disappointed with my order. It arrived missing essential parts like bolts and nuts, which made the assembly impossible from the start. On top of that, one of the push-up profile holes wasn’t drilled precisely, so the bolts didn’t fit. I had to enlarge the holes myself just to make it work.
To make matters worse, the assembly manual doesn’t match the actual bolts provided — I have no idea why there’s such a mismatch. Now I have to go out and buy extra bolts and nuts just to finish the setup, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering a full kit in the first place.
Overall, this has been a frustrating experience. I really hope the company improves their quality control and packaging checks before sending out products to customers.

Same with last review I ordered a package and it came as 7 separate boxes one box (long bar and two small bars and clamps) was missing a small bar I have tried the number rings then just tells you the time I have tried to email them won’t deliver just bouncing back what I didn’t realise is they also sell on Amazon so shouldn’t buy on there least Amazon will cover you or refund the lot if you send it back never order straight from the website worse thing is it looks like good quality equipment so shame they are letting themselves down with no customer service
Shameful customer service - they don't care about your experience
Absolutely diabolical customer service - they don't care.
I wasn't in when my item was meant to be delivered, even though there was a safe area to leave the item. Ok fine, they said they'll deliver it the following day.
Waited in all day, but no delivery.
I then spent over an hour on hold waiting for the delivery company to reschedule.
At this point, unknown to me, the item was in two parts and they only rebooked one parcel to be re-delivered.
The following day the box was delivered and it was bashed to bits, my wife wouldn't sign for it due to the condition - the delivery guy just shurgged and said it was his fault.
I contacted Hop-Sport who told me that it would be delivered the following day, but if it wasn't I should contact them.
It wasn't. And though I contacted Hop-Sport again - I heard nothing back.
I found my missing items package number and was able to rearrange it for deliever to a post office to avoid this issue.
The item was not delivered to the destination, even though I had an email saying it would be.
I then ended up being on hold for an hour and a half to the delivery company, who promised and were very sorry about this and would deliver my item on Friday, but probably Thursday.
Nothing arrived either day. I had arranged someone to install it on Saturday. I then received an email saying my item had been delivered???? And a photo of it sitting in a post office - it had been delivered but as it was 12.45pm, I couldn't get there in time so it would have to be collected the following Monday and I had to rearrange the installation.
This whole back and forth was nearly a fortnight - I finally got both parts on the 8th of September 2025.
Then hilariously, on the 18th September - I recieve a reply from Hop-Sport - Klaudia - who is confused about my last email because I have both of the items.
Her response was over 15 days later.
After relaying this over email, miraculously, these responses happened in the same day - I was offered a 15% partial refund, I said it should be more like 50%.
Then I hear nothing again.
I email three more times and nothing.
I then get another random email on the 30th September from Klaudia saying HER supervisor isn't responding to HER emails - what type of company is this?
I've emailed about half a dozen times since, but I've had no response. I've asked to escalate my complaint, but they don't care and I don't imagine a reply from this either.
Utterly disgusting customer service.
