Order made the 14/12.

Order made the 14/12.
Item hasn't been delivered yet.
I contacted the seller many times, they provided a tracking number that doesn't give any result.
They keep sending me emails with the same fake tracking number but still waiting for my order to be delivered.
The order was supposed to be here 1 week ago.
Carefull!

Update 25/01:
Order wasn't collected since I wasn't at the address any longer.
Courier confirmed that it was shipped back to the seller.
Refund still to be seen.
Today I've opened a dispute on PayPal.
Never again

Package came as advised by helpdesk.

Ordered item not in stock

I ordered 3 items of which one bading suit bottom wasn’t the item I ordered. It was the same color but not the corresponding item. After writing the company (trek-expert.ch) they told me there was an error with the item and they didn’t have it in stock anymore. I was reimbursed quickly and I got to keep the item. However, I’ve had to pay additional custom fees for an item I didn’t order and didn’t receive compensation for it. I’ve also asked them to replace it with another matching item but didn’t receive a reply to that so I suppose lot’s of the items visible on their site aren’t really in stock!
