I’ve ordered wheels for Losi Promoto they promised me next day never turn up then next day now we going in to the third day I keep ringing them I’ve asked to cancel after they didn’t turn up they not even posted them I asked to cancel but then they said they sent them scammer don’t waste your money on this company they don’t want to refund me but I’ve received nothing off them £76 on wheels please don’t use them you been warned shocking customer service off them think banks got to get involved now promise you wold but once they got your money they different attitude come out and they not interested in your problems they had you money and they run don’t use them find another company with better reviews

Just to clarify, you have in fact spoken with our agents directly on more than one occasion. You were even reassured, when accusing the agent of being a robot that they were a human.
Your order is delayed by the seller who is shipping your order, which is Puma directly. This has been explained via facebook messenger earlier today, you requested a cancellation and we confirmed that we'd passed the request on to Puma.
As you'll see by the many positive reviews that we have, we are a real company. We're a marketplace platform and all orders are fulfilled by sellers, not us.
Rest assured, we are not a scam and while you would have had to have given information to the chat bot to be put in a queue, any actual assistance is provided by one of our hard working (human) agents.
