I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Utilink, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received. From start to finish, the process was handled efficiently and professionally.
In particular, I worked with Daniel Jackson, who was outstanding. He was professional and thorough throughout, taking the time to clearly explain everything and answer all of my questions in detail. What really stood out was that he was extremely knowledgeable, yet never pushy — he gave me the information I needed and allowed me to make an informed decision without any pressure.
Overall, a very positive experience with Utilink. I would highly recommend both the company and Daniel Jackson to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.

The representative from Utilink was most helpful
The representative from Utilink gave clear information and followed up promptly with written confirmation. She (Leah) also went above and beyond in offering help with VAT reduction and CCL not just with the gas contract but with the electricity contract that was already in place.

From the initial call received from Jacob to follow up calls with both Jacob and Cassie, I received a very attentive and supportive attitude from them both in providing advice and what options were available to cut our utility costs. Not the usual pushy harassing attitude you find from Energy Consultants. Definitely recommend.
