Initially dealt with Liam, who passed me over to Richard, who in our opinion managed to find us a fantastic deal on our electricity supply. With what is going on in the world right now good deals are virtually non existent, However Richard has secured us a fantastic rate right up to January 2033. Very pleasant customer service, and a pain free easy swapover.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Kai Hardy and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He is currently helping us recover money owed by our previous supplier due to levy and VAT overcharges. Although it has been a long and drawn-out issue with the previous supplier, Kai is handling everything on our behalf. Alex also secured us a great deal on our electricity supply, which will make a significant difference to our electricity bills going forward.

Both Jonathan Miller and Stephanie Harrison explained the rationale behind the advice they offered our company, paticularly in light of the unstable political situation affecting the Global energy market at the moment.

Evan Garrett was my initial contact and proved to be very helpful, patient and quick to appreciate the needs of our organisation in terms of energy supply and source. Agreed times for further conversations were kept to without issue.

Having obtained the required information to get the ball rolling, he was then able to pass me on to Richard Wright who was equally as helpful and patient, and he too kept me up to date as promised with full explanation of what to expect.

End result is a new energy contract at a sensible price, assistance to claim back charges that have been incurred incorrectly via our current suppliers and the knowledge that we have a dedicated point of contact for any future questions. Excellent job all round!
