I’ve been working with Marie Finnigan at Tritility for some time now, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, Marie has been proactive, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. She guided me through setting up multiple property utilities, answered every question promptly (even while I was juggling calls and meetings!), and ensured everything was set up correctly without any stress on my part. Marie’s attention to detail and friendly approach made what could have been a complicated process seamless. Highly recommended!

I worked with Eden Bolados to renew our electricity contract and the process was smooth from start to finish. With changes to the daily standing charge and uncertainty around energy prices due to the Middle East conflict, her guidance was really valuable.
She was quick to respond and helped us secure a competitive fixed price with a supplier through to 2030. Great service and a very positive experience overall.

Eden Bolados has been absolutely invaluable to us and our business. We have numerous commercial sites which she has dealt with flawlessly. She has also worked around the clock on our behalf to settle an ongoing issue with a large utility company and has drawn the matter to a successful close. Her communication throughout matters is perfect and cannot to faulted.

Tritility told the energy supplier, Total Energy, that my flat would consume 114,666,000 kWh of electricity. The standing charge increased from £0.60 to £3.546 per day. The loss to during theover 3 years contract is hence £3000 !
The contract started on 19/3/22, to end on 18/3/25.

Absolutely sold a lie to make ridiculous amounts of extra commission, DO NOT LET THEM handle your energy. Even had an old employee contact me to apologise of what they had done. double all of our rates as well as make phony charts to miss sell energy contracts.

At last an energy consultant company that helped.
Nothing seemed too much of an issue, and they helped with the CCL charge that I was and had been paying to energy suppliers.
They managed to save me money on my current rates and checked afterwards that everything was OK.
