I am very grateful for Utilink support over the past few weeks, they have been brilliant while I am settling in in my new Head role at BS3. I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical at first. Dealing with energy providers feels complicated or stressful more often than not, so I wasn’t sure what to expect going into the process.
However, my experience turned out to be excellent thanks to Jacob. From the beginning, he was professional, patient, and very reassuring. He took the time to clearly explain everything and made sure I understood each step, which immediately put my mind at ease.
What I appreciated most was how smoothly everything went. Jacob handled things efficiently and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. I never felt rushed or left wondering what would happen next.
It’s rare to come away from a utility interaction feeling genuinely impressed, but this was one of those times. Thanks again to Jacob for the great service! It made a big difference.
