I am very grateful for Utilink support over the past few weeks, they have been brilliant while I am settling in in my new Head role at BS3. Andrew and Dean are my expert consultants and they helped me with securing better contracts, and Adam checks in with me regularly and sends me updated offers. They are very helpful and especially very patient and explain what I don't understand or forget. So, definitely 10/10 and I highly recommend them.

I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical at first. Dealing with energy providers feels complicated or stressful more often than not, so I wasn’t sure what to expect going into the process.

Great experience

I have had a really positive experience with this company. I got a really competitive deal on my gas and electric. No pushy sales tactics and everyone I have spoken to has been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

They sorted my electricity earlier in the year then sorted out a really tricky over billing problem with my previous supplier. Brilliant firm.

Our business had been liaising with another energy broker that did not deliver! Dean Quinnin has been incredibly efficient throughout all correspondence. Emails and calls are received when promised. Information is explained thoroughly and presented clearly and he's been able to answer all questions in a manner that offers no room for ambiguity.
We are in a position where we feel confident that the utilities will be professionally managed, in our best interest, for the foreseeable future.
