Quality Rug, exactly what we wanted.
I was about to order the very same rug from another company (they’d changed the product name slightly) when I decided to see if the same rug could be sourced elsewhere.
Quick scan on the web brought me to the Rug company with a saving of £50 and free delivery.
Customer service was excellent with same day answers.
I’ll definitely use this company again.

False description of rug
Bought two matching rugs from this company for my conservatory. Description on their website says they were ‘anti-fade’ which is why I bought these particular ones. One of the rugs has faded badly and now looks a completely different colour to the other. Company refuses to exchange as they say it’s outside of their 30 day returns policy! Utterly disgraceful that they refuse to accept that the description on their website is not true. I am now taking legal action against this company.
