Samples arrived within days just waiting to confirm how much I need before ordering as it is a very expensive paper so o my order what’s needed

Excellent service on several occasions now - great product range and quick delivery.

I’m satisfied.
All the services and the website are well organized, except from the real availability of the products.
I chose a tissue that was in the catalogue, I concluded the order with payment and than I have been contacted to advise me that it took two months for having the new stock.
Than they postponed with kindness again for further two times, proposing also the refund and I accepted these postponements.
At the third one I couldn’t wait and decided to change the product.
The service was efficient and perfect I also received the refund for the price difference so I am satisfied in the end.
However I would like to highlight that it is still possible to buy the product I chose in the original order as it is available in this moment whilst it isn’t and I wonder if there are other products in this situation.
It’s only a matter of more accuracy, any case I will recommend Jane Clayton.

Beautiful blind which, when we finally put it up, fitted perfectly and completes our kitchen. Very happy with the whole process from putting in the order to receiving the finished item.

You have plenty of stock items and all are delivered quickly. My only most is the amount you charge for delivery. There must be cheaper couriers that you could use. Your charges are steep

I ordered a rug from Jane Clayton . Unfortunately after I’d ordered I was told it was out of stock and wouldn’t be available for 6 weeks. I agreed to wait. Whenever I contacted them I got replies within a day or so and they were very helpful and courteous.
I love the rug and despite the delays I would order from them again.

Be careful when you order, if unused items are not returned within thirty days, you are stuck with it, and their wallpaper calculater always gets you to overorder, and then you are stuck with a roll of £200 wallpaper, and they just bat you off, not interested go away..you are past the 30 day deadline, their telephone attitude just stinks

Very simple to use website. Lots of appealing products. I ordered several samples and they came in the mail in a helpful folder which looked like something it would be good to have for a professional keeping track of individual clients and their preferences.
