WORST SERVICE EVER AND UNRELIABLE SUPPLIER

I ordered 4 bearings, finally in 9 days I got 2 of them and other 2 are missing. The two I didn't get I paid $1750 US and the two I got I paid $60 US. I tried to contact the company, but nobody answered the phone. I sent an email and contacted through the site, but they respond with "customer service will contact you". Finally I've got an answer that my order was shipped in 2 parcels and by tracking info I GOT THE BOTH PARCELS! SO IT'S LIKE I LIED ABOUT NOT GETTING MY ORDER! FINALLY SOMEONE SENT ME A TRACKING NUMBER FOR DHL AND I CHECKED THEIR SITE AND FOUND OUT THAT MY PARCEL WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY THREE (!!!!) DAYS IN A RAW, BUT NEVER DELIVERED. IT MEANS THAT THEY NOT ONLY DIDN'T SEND ME A TRACKING INFO, THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE MY INFO TO DHL AND MY PARCEL WAS STUCK SOMEWHERE! I COULD LOSE MY MONEY BECAUSE OF THEIR STUPIDITY!!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! DON'T TRUST THEM!!!!!! I TOLD THEM THAT I WILL LEAVE THEM A VERY BAD REVIEW AND BAD RATING, BUT THEY KEPT SENDING THE SAME EMAILS IN THE SAME WORDS, PRETENDING LIKE THEY WORK ON YOUR PROBLEM AND TRYING TO SOLVE IT. THEIR OFFICE IN DUBLIN, BUT ONE PARCEL CAME FROM GERMANY AND THE OTHER ONE (THAT DHL DELIVERED) FROM SLOVENIA. THEY DON'T HAVE STOCK, THEY HAVE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY ARE VERY UNRELIABLE!!!

I tried to get the tracking information…

I tried to get the tracking information for my order and when I called I could not get through, I emailed and did not get a response. The order was time sensitive for my customer and our Technician so I was dismayed that I didn't know exactly when the parts would arrive.

prompt and courteous

That it was shipped immediately after payment was received.
That they sent it to me right away with a minute delivery.
I've never been so polite on a non-Japanese site!

in the end every thing went very well

I had to wait quite a long time for the parts (placed the order on December 21st. and received the parts on 11.01.) and was initially unable to contact SP Spare Parts. But fair enought that was maybe because of the Christmas holidays.

Ordered a bearing on the 09/11/22

Ordered a bearing on the 09/11/22. They took the money and it's now 07/12/22 and have not received the bearing or had any contact from them. Sent 3 emails - haven't had a reply to any of them. Can't find a contact number. Would have liked a refund but obviously not going to get one. Terrible company, would not recommend buying from them.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. They do not reply or answer any chats or emails. Ordered part on aug 3 .
6 days letter still no info or tracking.

Stay away from this company!

Worst company I have work with. They presume they have stock on parts but is a lie. After you place the order with them the nightmare starts.
Fake inventories
Fake tracking numbers
They stop answering the phone
They reply emails once in a while

I ordered 4 parts with them, they said they were in stock, after a week they respond saying they shipped the parts but Fedex lost the package. Next week they said they were waiting for the parts from Italy, parts never showed up. Next week they refund me for 3 parts because they never arrived from Italy. Next week they shipped 1 part they could get, I only wasted my time and look bad with my clients because of they lies and delays.
