Updating my poor review of 1/26

Updating my poor review of 1/26. Someone finally responded to my long overdue order. Could not explain the delay but apologized and took the entire blame. Admitted it was not in keeping with their normal business model. Expedited my order and refunded shipping. One can only ask they learn from a mistake such as this. I will do business with them again.

Bad communication and poor service

I did business with them last year with great prompt shipment and results. However, I placed an order with them over a week ago for a customer who needed the parts within a week. Order number 26PINV052453. Parts were in stock and supposed to ship to US in 1-3 days. Still says in process. Now been 10 days. Even paid extra for expedited shipping. Chat couldn’t help. Only could tell me what I could see on line for myself. US phone person was useless as well. Chat told me to send an email so I did. 3 days have gone by. No response. Sent a follow up email. No response. I called direct to Europe and got a robot who said no one was available. So they took my money and looks like they scammed me. Can’t believe it. They seem like a legit company but I can’t get any answers about my order. My customer still needs the parts! Does anyone care? How can anyone run a business like that?
