Where’s my order ?

Reasonably priced item, placed an order on July 31st. Received an email confirming the order and payment. Since then haven’t received any follow up email regarding on shipping, which the previous email claim will happen. Where’s my order ? It’s been 6 days now with no signs of dispatch. Sent 2 emails to follow up and no reply at all.

Completely unacceptable lack of…

Completely unacceptable lack of communication, ordered some bearing and got the automated email confirming roughly a week went by and had heard nothing, finally they replied saying that there was a problem with the forwarder api system and they are unable to trace the parcel, investigation opened with no results and have proceeded with a refund, it had been 5 days with no return payment or product, we needed these parts urgently and it has been nothing but stress and waste of time and our vehicle is still broken down. There has been dishonesty, lack of communication and wasted time. Not acceptable by anybody standard, upgrade your company management because it's rubbish

Give us our money back immediately we need to purchase these bearings from elsewhere

the parts were reasonably priced

the parts were reasonably priced. the website was easily navigated.. my employer decided after I had already placed the order to get a second opinion on the broken equipment and I needed to cancel my order. I was able to locate an online chat, provide my order information and have the transaction canceled within minutes.. I did try to call first and an automated machine told me to go online then left me to leave a message. that part was strange honestly but we got it done. so no harm no foul

Cant get a response about my order

I know it has not been too long yet but i cant get ahold of anyone to get an answer. i placed my order on Friday 1/3 and as of Tuesday 1/7 the only thing i got was a confirmation that my order happened and my Credit card was charged.
No answer on the US phone number. i have tried several emails and the email form on their website with no answer. Their online chat never has anyone online and i have not received a response from that either. I urgently need this part and need to know if it will ship. I understand the weekend doesn't count as working time but i need to get any update at all so i am leaving this review in the hopes of getting attention. I will update it if things get better.

Will I ever recive my package????

By email i've been told friday 8/11 that delivery time was 24-48 hour in express.I ordered it express the same day. Now 19/11 i dont have the parts yet.
Allmost impossible to get an answer, and it feels like they pretty dont care about you.
I will never recommend them

This company has no communication skills

UPDATE: SP SPareparts contacted me today to apologize and ask how they could improve. However, this is an entire year later. I understand that all companies make mistakes or have an off day for unforeseen reasons. I appreciate that they are at least attempting to apologize, but I would still be cautious of ordering from them especially if you need an item in a hurry. My only advice to them is COMMUNICATION! Without it, you are nothing but a website.

This company has no communication skills. I tried to use the chat to ask if a product was in stock. They finally answered an hour later and said it was. I ordered, never got an email confirmation. I chatted with them again and begged them to ship out ups red in which i was assured by Melina that it would ship. When it did not show up the next day i called over twenty times. No one answered. I sent three emails and tried to chat several times.

First time ordering parts from SP Spare Parts

First time ordering parts. Part was in stock and I was told by E-MAIL assistant it would be shipped out. Paid more to have it shipped 2 day shipping. It has been 2 days and hasn't left SP Spare Parts yet per E-MAIL. Phone number for Dallas, TX no-one answered tried many times no voice mail. E-MAIL is just run around. No one will call me back. I GOT SCREWED. I asked for my money back and that went on deaf ears. Please order your parts from a reliable company with real phone numbers. I'm beginning to think this company is a scam. I live in the U.S.A.
