Sketchy ripoff company!
On average, shoes ordered online fit about 50% of the time. But the worst is that if you give a bad review of a product, THEY DON'T POST IT! They'll say your review is live, then you click on the link to view it, and you get an "error" message, EVERY SINGLE TIME! How do I know it's not posted anyhow? Because the shoe I reviewed has 0 reviews, and I've given 2 bad reviews on it, and there are STILL 0 reviews. Shoe Carnival is sketch. AVOID!!!!!
Poor return policy with loyalty program
Purchased some shoes recently and "earned" a $10 coupon. This is a targeted loyalty program designed to drive repeat business and get the customer back in the store. Well, it worked, as I went back in to use this and purchased some shoes for my grandson. I thought they would work but could not be certain since he was not with me. I did use the $10 on the purchase. Much to my dismay, upon the return, Shoe Carnival would not reinstate the $10 certificate while refunding the sale. When questioned about this, the reply(hiding around small print) was that it was not my money and basically you just lose it, or if you buy something else at the time, you can still have that $10. Since I did not need to use it at this time, then I asked to have the points put back in my Shoe Carnival account. But alas, the customer just got screwed out of $10 since they say policy forbids this. There is no way, according to customer service to reinstate the points. What a crummy and cheap way to treat your customers. This is a lousy $10, but the principle is still poignant. If you want to reap return patronage through offering a loyalty incentive, then an organization cannot "take back" the incentive if a product is returned. How hard is it to reinstate points? Obviously, i will not be shopping Shoe Carnival in the future. This is a pitiful example of quality customer service.

On January the 4th I purchased four pair of shoes for my children and my daughter had changed her mind( the same day) about her shoes as soon as we got to the car. She wanted candy instead(say less) I go back in the store and return the shoes and left came back to ask how long does it take for a refund and was told 5-7 days! Ok cool … it’s the end of January about to be February and after countless emails I STILL HAVE “NOT” received my refund!!!! All I want is my 77 dollars Shoe Carnival. This is ridiculous and I’m a single mom of six so yes every coin I spend is very much important! I still have heard anything from anyone else about my refund even though I have called and sent emails, I’m always met with the same stall!!!!

San Antonio texas. Excellent experience with Manager Marie. Customer service seems to be a lost
art. Since customer service has always been my forte I appreciate it so much but rarely get it. Being a senior I struggle sometimes finding what I need. Marie offered to help me and found the shoe I needed and the socks I wanted. She went through all the socks until she found my size. She is a true gem.
I was a property manager for over 30 years and never lost sight of the fact that I had that job because

Horrible shipping
Not shoe carnival per se but shipped using fedex. Ordered with ample time to be delivered before Christmas and still not here. Will never order from them so long as they use fedex.

Ordered a size 10 Levi’s shoe
Ordered a size 10 Levi’s shoe. The receipt says 10, box says 10, and inside the box was a size 8. They are terrible and when after speaking with customer support they weren’t going to refund for shipping after they screwed up. Save yourself the trouble and get shoes elsewhere, complete joke

Avoid online orders
Ordered online. They sent the shoes with a security tag. Burden now on me to drive an hour to a store or make a trip to the post office, mail the shoes back, and wait over a week to receive the correct order. Did they offer a discount or coupon in return for the delay or burden on me? No. Zero stars for companies who make careless mistakes and then shift the burden to the customer to fix their mistakes with no offer of recourse. Zero stars.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Purchased shoes from store 466 in Tucson. I had the receipt and only had the shoes for a week. I wore them once for a couple of hours inside, but because I was truthful and said I wore them, the associate would only give me store credit. I love 45min away from this store and would NEVER go back. So basically I am OUT over $50. DO NOT SHOP at this COMPANY!!!! STAY AWAY

Plenty of shoes to shop for!
First thing I went online to see reviews of shoes carnival before shop their store and whoa lot of negatives reviews. So negatives for the shop. So I decide to take the risk to shop there. And no problem. I had no problem ordering some shoes from them. It arrived quickly than the date it be arriving. The shoes was unfortunately not match for me. I return it back in the mail. No problem. I don’t see any problem with the company. I get the refund back. Still no problem. To be clear the shoes carnival company will take $6.00 and the shipping costs out of your credit that you paid for the shop. Only getting half refund back to you. Maybe these people shop at the wrong time that caused them to leave a bad reviews for the company. I am real person lol. I don’t work for that company.

Horrible!!! Their website offers expedited shipping. Paid significantly more to have it delivered BY 7/26. It said it right next to the shipping option I picked. It’s now 7/27 and it hasn’t even shipped yet. Customer service says I can’t cancel the order and that it’s still within the “shipping window”. The shipping window ended yesterday per their “get it by Friday 7/26” notification next to their shipping options. I’ll never order from there again. Customer service was zero help. Scrambling to find a replacement before my event tomorrow.

At my job we ask customers if they need any help but of all the 5 or 6 at shoe carnival. NO ONE offered any thing. So. Ididnot buy any thing an WONT be back.
