I highly recommend Shaws of Darwen
I highly recommend Shaws of Darwen. The sink arrived on time and was well packaged and the tap was stunning. We are still waiting for our kitchen to be installed so the sink is not yet fitted but we are very pleased with the look and quality of it and can't wait to see it fitted and functional.

Ordered Whitehall sink in white to work with our laminate worktop along with brass basket strainer. Goods were received on time and quality is excellent. It makes a lovely feature in our kitchen.

This is the worse sink ever
This is the worse sink ever, I purchased my first sink while renovating my new kitchen and after three weeks I noticed grazing talked to the rep and got a replacement sink and it did the very same thing. I contacted them again and they said I had to purchase another one at my expense. So very disappointed with this product, I thought I was buying the best. Shame on you Shaws you must be aware of this flaw in your product and yet you still charge so much for your sinks.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Even during the difficulties of lockdown, Sandra quickly managed to locate the replacement seals I needed and post them free of change. Really friendly and helpful emails, not some automatic impersonal and formulaic response. And my sink is gorgeous too!

I ordered a sink last December and still haven't received it. I was told in February it was "in transit" but I haven't heard anything since and no one from Shaws has followed up with me. Appalling service.
Thanks for the update but I emailed Shaws several times early in the year and was told February 12th was the ETA!

For orders to places such as Bermuda we do have to rely on international couriers, who have been subject to considerable disruption over recent months. But your delay seems exceptional, and it's obviously frustrating not to have been kept informed. We will update you as quickly as we can.

Dear Kate,
We have now received details from our courier company. Our Customer Services team will contact you to explain what happened and where we are now. In fact the sink arrived in Bermuda on 24th March, but there seem to have been a number of delays, certainly exacerbated by the Coronavirus situation. My understanding is that the sink should be delivered to you very shortly. Again, please accept our apologies for the delay. We do rely on international couriers for these orders, and we received no feedback from them that there was a problem. We hope the sink, after this long wait, meets your expectations.

It’s been a very pleasurable experience working with the customer service staff at Shaws of Darwin. I live in Santa Barbara, California and was told that I would have to go through their distributor here in the USA. Unfortunately the distributor did not stock the sink I wanted. So, I persisted and called back to Shaw’s customer service, they said that I could order directly from them. They handled everything with such grace and care. They followed up on all of my questions that I had about shipping to the states, taxes and payment. To make it even more remarkable we started the process days before the Covid19 world wide shutdown I was concerned about going forward with my remodel so, I put my order on pause. When I got ready to proceed with my order customer service made everything seamless and they were extremely accommodating to every detail. I want to give a special shoutout to Cristina and Sandra. You both are fabulous. I’m so looking forward to getting my sink. If you’re ever in Santa Barbara come say hi. 🙏❤️
