Engineer arrived at expected time, very friendly and asked if shoes needed to be removed. He completed the job in reasonable time, explained what he had found and what was done. Very efficient and reasonably priced.

Quick response to gas leak
When our energy supplier fitted smart gas meter they detected a small gas leak which they could not fix. I contacted Samsian and a gas engineer came and fixed the problem the same day. They checked the supply which is now fine. I am very pleased with the response and the quality of the work.

Genuinely good and wholly reliable
We have been customers of Samsian for about three years and have been seriously impressed, not only with the quality of the work, but also with the friendliness, great advice and also great support from the office side. Danny and the team were very efficient and communication was impeccable. They carried out work as promised. Although there was an issue with one of the water pipe connections, it was rectified and sorted out that morning. These things can happen but was really pleased I chose Samsian to carry out the work because I received support after the boiler was fitted and not just ignored. Thanks, Danny.
