They are a FRAUD. Stay away

They are THIEVES. Stay away from them. I ordered a men's wallet of 80 euro and they sent me a 20 euro woman's wallet of another brand (the price 20 euro was written on the wallet's package). The internet site where I made the order was tecnostylesnc.it (which I discovered later to be a cinese service), to whom safesslbillpay.com are the payment service provider. They told me that the desired wallet was out of stock and that I have to keep the one they send me. Shipping the wrong product back was not possible and they refused to give my money back. They kindly suggested using the wallet they sent me as a "gift" to someone in case I had no use for it. They are THIEVES. Stay away from them.

Avoid. This company will con you . . .

I ordered a "Paul Smith" passport cover from a company I was led to believe was PaulSmith.co.uk, but the receipt they emailed me clearly indicated that the product was a fake and the company was in China. What is more, they charged me considerably more than the agreed price, and their 'customer service department' have refused to refund me. I've now cancelled my card. These people are crooks . . .

FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD!

I wish I had read the reviews of this company before making a purchase. I purchased online through what I thought was an Australian website. I received a receipt from Safe SSL Bill Pay telling me that HILTOAN would appear on my bank statement. This immediately raised alarm bells. I ordered what I thought was an item from Australia, not China. After a week or so of not hearing anything, I tried to log back into my account to check for shipping details and was devastated to find the website no longer worked. I contacted Safe SSL Bill Pay and they supplied a tracking number. When I traced this, it showed it was on the way. After a few days my parcel finally scanned as being in Australia. Beyond excited! Then the next day I see my parcel is being returned as the address was incorrect. I'm not sure whether Safe SSL Bill Pay is committing the fraud or whether they are an innocent third party. All I can say is that I'm glad I was able to contact my bank, explain the details and have my money refunded under the fraud act. I now see that the website I originally used (journeysofgold.com.au) has set up again as floortechaus.com.au

Fraudulent company

If you receive a receipt from this company after ordering something online, raise it with your bank straight away and get your card stopped.

The payment will be made to global solutions based in China.

They are a company that uses several front websites with uk in their web address. Site will include Facebook and Twitter symbols as ways to contact them. Best way to check is click one, they won't work. I discovered this after and have also found other sites linked to these crooks.

Google shows several of these websites when you search for specific items. Don't be fooled just because google directs you towards one of them,
Ordered a jacket noticed the e mail receipt was dodgy and told bank. About a week later had to get card stopped after they took more money.

Was sent the worst Nike fake ever. Top was ridiculous in design, material and packaging. I didn't even order a Nike top.

AVOID THESE CROOKS

Wrong shoes - ridiculous compensation

I ordered New Balance very light running shoes 890V5 and i what i got was 993 model that are nothing to do with running. After very challenging mail discussion with Chinise person (explaining the case twice , sending pictures twice etc.) this company offered 20% compensation. My total cost with the taxes was 87.56€. They compensation offer was 12.72€!!
I see lots of other similar kind of complaints in Trustpilot and i can just say DON'T EVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE JUST CHEATING!!!

Avoid avoid avoid - fake Pandora website

I was sent an email advertising Pandora charms on sale. I clicked the link and was under the impression I was ordering charms from the genuine Pandora website. It was only several days after I confirmed my purchase, and I still hadn't received a confirmation that I began to get worried. On logging on to genuine website I discovered they had no record of my order but fortunately from the history of my phone I could access this bogus site.
3 weeks later fake charms have arrived but I've also had fraudulent activity on my card so it has been blocked. I suspect this company is involved.
I am now receiving emails from them checking to see if I've received my goods? I do not intend to respond and will avoid at all costs.
I recommend everyone else does the same

A total con - do not buy!

Do not deal with this company. Brooks training shoes ordered from aldershotladies.co.uk. Safessslbillpay took out more money than the trainers were advertised at. Emailed them but no response received. Today training shoes actually arrived - not Brooks but a different make and totally the wrong size. A complete con.

WATCH OUT & AVOID AT ALL COST!

A fake service and company. Co-operates with con sites such as hanoverband.co.uk and adidastracksuit.me.uk. The sites are supposed to be in Great Britain but the products are sent from Hong Kong. Fake Adidas goods and on the other order they sent some Nike crap I didn't order and claimed that my size was not in store (on a totally different product). When asking them to refund my money they cut contact and the customer service is from some hotmail address.

Fraud Shoe Sales

Like others on this site I bought Men's boots from www skinglow ca. Confirmation of the sale came from SafeSSLBillPay. Never received any confirmation from the skin glow ca. There is no response to my emails. The credit card transactions is $8 more than the sale amount. The bill support website on SafeSSLBillPay invoice has a dummy character for website name (#), no link.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EITHER OF THESE FRAUDS!

***FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD***

Minus 5 stars. After vendor web site mwcsn.com.au had indicated three failed payment attempts, I gave up on the sale. However, SAFESSLBILLPAY.COM contacted me after the fact to say that my credit card had been charged (at least once, maybe twice, or more, before I contacted VISA). I had understood that all payment processing attempts had failed. SAFESSLBILLPAY.COM further e-mailed me, after I queried them, to contact the vendor, from which there was no response from any contact method (phone invalid, no form e-mail response). SAFESSLBILLPAY.COM then provided me with a false tracking number (wrong country code, etc.). SAFESSLBILLPAY.COM may be attempting to avoid VISA dispute resolution by using billing names and amounts differing from your original receipts (if you call a card denial a receipt.) Call your credit card company as soon as possible to cancel payment.

SCAM

I bought shoes from your-comfort-zone.co.uk. I got a packade from Hongkong with the wrong product and the product I got was "fake Timberland´s". They don´t answer my emails so I have now contacted the police and my bank so they hopefully won't be able to scam me as many other. Do NOT buy anything from there and if you already have, contakt the police and your bang right away.
