Bought a pair of trainers for my little girl. It was the first time that I got caught by a Chinese scam.
Should have known better when it was the only site with these trainers and in the size required.
I did it on my phone and only realised that it was possibly fraudulent when I saw that it was debited by Artbyromano.com
Needless to say I tried to cancel, but this crowd said that “the seller” must refund me.
I successfully went down the chargeback route, however, I first had to get an e-mail from Adidas confirming that they were not an official dealer ( as they claimed they were)
Then I had to show that I had made reasonable efforts to contact them to resolve it.
If you are buying on line check the reviews first. Some of these scam sites are right at the top of the search engines.
Same as all the reviews
Same as all the reviews. Got to them through bellabello, a website with a Dutch top level domain.
Scammers
Scammers! I'm ususally pretty alert to scams, not this time! I lost £97 to a clothing website called Plowmanspychotherapy (I should've known!) the only place that had a particular Jigsaw sweater I was afrer. Alas what i received was a cheap fake completely different horrible sweater from China! Safesslbillpay were the company involved with the money transaction.
Careful
Careful ! These guys are a China scam company; they have a whole organized process with suppliers producing fake product to scam consumers around the world. You will either see your money disappearing or receive fake product. It is a whole organized system. Just stay away from them !

Dont trust or buy from any site associated with Safesbillpay
Safesbillpay is a scam company that doesnt provide customer protection whatsoever. They offered me no assistance on a purchase that I made on a Chinese site that turned out to be a scam Chinese seller. Safesbillpay basically said they would contacte the seller but didnt do anything and just kept quiet. Dont buy from any sites that have the safesbillpay logo on them.
Refund refusal for wrong item.
Paid £73 for a jacket from a "Swedish" website but in reality the Chinese company sent the wrong item and refused a return and refund. Beware if you use this website you could get ripped off!

Still on going with many emails back and fourth to them.. only willing to pay 40% of a refund... was due to go into my account by 30th November 2018... 20th December and I’m still waiting!!!

Safesslbillpay and Galerie_Mm
I too bought a pair of shoes from Galerie-Mm in Germany. I was surprised to get no receipt for the order but I did get a pair of cheap Chinese shoes wholly different from the Mephisto ones I had ordered. All attempts to get a reaction from either Galerie-Mm or Safesslbillpay.com have failed and I am now going to have to try to get a refund through Mastercard, which may be difficult since it is a cross-border transaction. You would think that the credit card companies would have blocked this company by now since complaints on Trustpilot go back to early 2016.
AVOID!AVOID!AVOID!AVOID!AVOID! DALLASMASTERBRAND…SAFESSLBILLPAY

SCAM WITH FAKE MERCHANDISE
DO NOT give them your money. I purchased a pair of Adidas running shoes through winddogcafe.co.uk. I was sent the wrong size of a horrible pair of wannabe Adidas running shoes. I emailed the seller multiple times to demand a refund. But was given rubbish excuses about customs in China meaning they couldn't take them back, and that I should sell them myself! DO NOT give them your money, you won't get the products you paid for not will you get a refund!

Beware from these so-called legitimate businesses! They have many scam websites dotted around Google and you will most likely find them in Google Images when you are looking for your products. All their products are discounted and almost the same price in the market to trick you.
Their websites are broken and you can actually write anything in their registration section and it'll be accepted... so please make sure to leave them a "nice complimentary" email... how inviting of them I must say.
NOTE - All the websites have the same layout, just slight changes on the aesthetics to target unaware victims.
They take more than the indicated payment from your account and includes an alias company owner by the name of "andy" (not even capitalised... amateurs) on the email. The gmail account I've put down also appears and it seems to be linked to similar websites they've setup.
The site I've stumbled upon is called greenpastureshousing.co.uk and sell sport clothing. Checked on a scam site scanner to find the IP address is located in Turkey but on the invoice it's from China, as well as your bank statement! So whatever cheap knock offs they are sending, I'll be glad to know that I will be receiving it as a nice free novelty gift. Make sure to get a chargeback (reverse payments back to your account) immediately from your bank and cancel your debit/credit card! Also, please report the gmail account to the cyber crime police in your local country and to Google, and shutdown these phoneys poisonous toads from the internet!
Stay safe and stay alert. Learn more about online fraud on how to protect yourself and identify scammers, such as the URL address you are accessing the website! But keep in mind to always buy from reputable companies from now on!
Scam. Do not buy from Homers Shoes Chicago Outlet.
Scam. Fake. You will not receive what you ordered and no refund.
