Very likely to be a scam

Very likely to be a scam. Bought a Lacoste Polo shirt and jacket from Mutuacar (supposedly, a spanish website) but, apart from an e-mail confirming that the transaction, instead of euros was made in CNY, had my login/ password changed and was virtually impossible to get to website again. Never received any transaction conffirmation from the so called "seller". Just realised the SafeSSLBillPay lame reputation through other reviews here and imediatelly contacted then (being informed of an email with a hotmail domain as seller "contact" - message sent, never answered) and my credit card to cancel the buying, successfullly. There are other websites using the same website layout and fake european domains.

Scumbags

Ordered item did not arrive. Company that sold it posed as in U.K., I did not realise I was ordering from China until my credit card statement arrived. The company who safessbill acted on behalf of only offered me 35% refund or as an alternative, if I sent another 20 Euros, they would send another one!! They are not responding to emails asking them to obtain full refund. Shower of sh***e.

I ordered a pair of leather sandals…

I ordered a pair of leather sandals sold by Free People from Safe SSL for $111.61 USD. I received an $8 (as per the import tag) pair of plastic sandals that did not resemble the sandals in anyway. They have not refunded my money despite claiming to have urgently contacted their seller. I was also charged a $37 import fee from a Chinese location. It is a scam. FHT*JUNZHUMY SHENZHEN was on my credit card statement. They have resolved nothing and have refunded me $0.00.

I too have been done over

I too have been done over, ordered a pair of ECCO Shoes from homestart mansfield and marlands.co.uk - Payment failed the first time and went through the second time but both debits were taken from my account + exchange rate fluctuation, received a mail one day later with order confirmation and Chinese contact number, reported to trading standards and bank but doubt little will be done stop these crooks, lesson learned, only buy from known, reputable web sites.

Fake company- contact your bank!

I was trying to buy sports clothing through a website called StokeslyHealthCentre- which I assumed to be part of a gym group. Luckily my bank blocked the payment. When i called the bank they said that there had been a withdraw request from a Chinese company.
I have had to block my card and order another. This payment system supports fake websites.

Beware this company is an ecommerce…

Beware this company is an ecommerce shell affiliated with companies that are also fraudulent. I purchased a pair of Nike Javelin shoes from Bluewaterblooms.ca and was sent an email from Safesslbillpay.com of my purchase. There were no details of the purchase other than the amount, company name, and a note, "Please note that "FHT*WRITINGTS" will be displayed on your credit card statement." Upon receiving the goods, I found that they sent cheap Nike knockoffs and when I tried to return them got an offer of a discount instead of sending me the shoes that I wanted. I told them no and wanted my original purchase item, but was then offered a special 20% off my purchase if I dropped the transaction and was warned that I would incur large custom charges and possibly loss of product if I tried to return the item. I haven't heard since I insisted that they pay for the return and wanted the original shoes that I ordered.

Online Cheating

Dont think this crappy company valued even a dot....I bought a pair of sunglasses (Ralph Lauren) via an Italian website ~ "drpstudio.it"..the payment was in EUR but turned out to be CNY. (guess the above website was one of the fake websites run by this company in China). The worst was i recd a cheap Rayban after 2 weeks of my payment...it was totally NOT the one I have ordered....I have tried my every efforts to contact them to rectify the issue BUT with NO response at all.....To avoid further loss...I have cancelled my credit card and tried to claim back the payment from my bank...Though it took almost 6 mths to go through all painful process (complete dispute form and provide all documents like order details, image of sunglasses etc.....of coz including my numerous chasing emails copies..), i got my money back eventually....I do believe.. besides sharing our bad experience here, its more effective to report the fraud case to your bank, calling the attention of its banker to sustain the integrity of their clients (frozen the suspect accts n end up their dirty business) so as to stop this crappy company from further cheating!!

online shoes rip-off

These people operate an online shoe store in Canada called riverwatch.ca. It's a scam. The company operates out of China. They take more than the purchase price from your credit card and might, or might not ship you something you did not request. You WILL NOT get what you ordered.
Notify your credit card co and have your card cancelled.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

SCAM SCAM SCAM! I had a feeling when the payment screen said "Processing payment. Please WAITTING" Tried to cancel the screen but it was too late. When I went to check my bank statement it showed clearly Asian details, even though it was a Canadian website that I had purchased clothing through. It also showed that they'd taken about $10 more than the site said they would during checkout.

Website is gameoverlounge.ca - filled with a heap of discounted designer clothing - legit product pictures clearly ripped off from actual designer sites.

The payment company that showed in my transactions was Safesslbillpay.

As many of you have already said, looks like the only way to chase a refund is to contact the fraud dept. of your bank and remember to CANCEL YOUR CARD PEOPLE!! The lady at my bank said that's no.1 after you've been scammed with one of these companies.
