I Spent a lot of money on two of their websites, 'aushop' was one of them, posing as an Australian company. They shipped the completely wrong order worth about $10 aud, I lost approximately $550 aud because they withdrew large amounts of money before I stopped them. Tried emailing about 20 times, they replied saying they would refund 15% absolute delinquents with 0 English skills. Horrible people and I hope their company gets shut down. Reported them to fair trading and Australian antiscam organisation.

Bought a pair of Converse from them - fronting as a Canadian company called the thehobbyists.ca. Once I received a receipt from a strange third party called safesslbillpay in China, I grew worried. I googled them and found all these negative reviews. Immediately I contacted safesslbillpay via e-mail to request cancellation of this order. They said they were just the middle person and that they would contact the retailer on my behalf. After some days I was told last week that the order could not be cancelled because it had shipped. Tracking shows that it just shipped today! They have stopped responding to my e-mail requests for the retailer's phone number and return policy.

I expect to receive the same counterfeit merchandise that others on here are reporting. However, I contacted my credit card company's fraud department and they told me that I can recover what was taken by these fraudsters if I can get a third party to certify the shoes are counterfeit (essentially go into a shoe store and have someone sign off on this). I suggest others do the same if you have fallen into this trap.

EDIT: Shoes received - not the same style as what was ordered, strange odor, no original shoe box, no return address on the package. No response to requests for seller information - return policy, contact phone, etc - complete e-mail silence to any questions about returning the product. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company and will be taking the shoes for verification as to whether they are legitimate.

UPDATE: My credit card company sided with me on grounds of non-response on the part of safesslbillpay after 15 days without a response to requests for the seller's contact information and refund policy. Note that I was asked to hang on to all proof that the wrong product was sent in the event that within the next 45 days the seller comes back with a compelling reason to overturn the decision. I took a screenshot of the product I ordered as proof, am keeping the shoes (not as depicted with a significantly lower retail value than what I paid), and am keeping invoice copies and e-mail transcripts until the 45 day window closes. I will update if any action is taken by safesslbillpay during that time. I do suggest that anyone who has fallen victim to this scam take the same steps I have in order to get the word out to Visa and Mastercard about these scammers.

Sent wrong shoes in wrong size and they are absolute rubbish vinyl shoes and when you try to sort with heritage, via web customer support page the email is dead.

I eventually found another way and got a response, but they don't want the wrong shoes back. They also won't supply what I asked for and only want to only refund 20% of my $160. Which I doubt I will even get.

From all the previous reviews, it would seem that safesslbillpay is the common denominator here and is attachied to many different fake companies. Given the amount of time the safesslbillpay site keeps appearing with websites that can't seem to deliver. They are probably run by the same person/s.
So beware of this bill paying site and also the attached website. Both are there to give you 'something' for your money. So that you can't say they are complete fraudsters. But what you get is not what you want, and no where near the value of what you spent. So they are profiteering from false advertising. And are skimming the cost difference between the item they supplied and the cost of what you ordered.

Don't order anything from safesslbillpay !!!! The website I used was UNPSVERIGE.SE it's fake!! They send you fake Chinese products and will not return the money.

Bought shoes from highettcentral.com.au. Sent wrong shoes in wrong size and will not reply never mind give me a refund. Complete fraud. Shoes also came from China and not AU as specified.

bought jeans was charged 3 times over and its fake and apparently from china! purchased from supremehealth.co.uk! do not buy from these people. opened a dispute with the bank!

This is fraud. I payed an order in February has inot receiving my things, or now my money back. Now it is mid May.

Attention! It supports a fake Homepage called "todaylook.com". They seem to sell designer cloths from the UK, but you will never get your ordered items. It is reported to the Police for fraud.

I ordered trainers online from cubeware.co.uk, I stupidly though I was getting a bargain. I have just received a pair of fake Reebok Classics when I had ordered a pair of Reebok Crossfit tr speed field.

I paid £72.37 for fake trainers and the completely wrong ones at that. I am at the minute disputing it with Barclaycard and hope to get a full refund.
