I should have known not to use this site but I ignored the warnings in my head. If the sites product prices are too good to be true.....It probably is....I can never understand why people give their credit card details over the phone to scammers claiming to be from their bank...Now I'm one of those gullible idiots. They will get everyone eventually!

Highly recomend to AVOID! Scums and working for crooks. I did not check them before the payment and Thats a lesson to me. No help or respond from their side.

They process payments for scam companies and don't respond or do anything about it if you not tidy them. Do not buy from a company that uses them for payments. Scammers

these shoes are the wrong model the wrong size the wrong color...purchased from glosnsl.co.uk in "England" but they came 1 month later with no box from china....total scammers

Orderd NFL hats and caps from Kionrallyteam payd via safesslbillpay more than a mounth has passed and no stuff has arived they dont anser my emails and the website is gone.. Got screwd by the fu#*ers for 400:- swedish (40 dollars) but the thing that pisses me off is that it was my kids birthday gifts

I have not ordered anything online, yet they keep writing me saying my payment of $27 has failed. When I went to the listed adress to see who they were and what they wanted. They asked for some concerning information including my social insurance number! I don't know any online company that would need information like that!!! I've sent them an email to find out if they'll write me back and what exactly they're saying I ordered. Will update review if I get a response. But I think it's safe to say these people are a scam. Do not give them any information! I'm still trying to figure out how they got mine... luckily my bank accounts are intact and they have not withdrawn anything successfully.

Any transactions by them, will go from fraud companies, so use trusted companies as PayPal

They are fakes. Don't lose your money like I did. I bought a top through dzign-r.com.au who did not send me what I asked for. Took AUD$58 of my money.
Fraudulent and department of fair trading in Australia need to shut them both down. Probably 1 in the same.

i bought shoes for 196 usd dollars they should take me around 180 euros but instead they took 210. More than that the web site of shoes portalemedia.com they have no contacts no email reply nothing they are hiding the web site contacts and do not let you know who is who

I think many people complaining here about receiving fake products won't admit, that they were well aware of ordering fake products from China.
Nowadays it's very easy to identify a dogdy webiste, come on people!
Safesslbillpay is not the seller/ shop owner that actually sells the stuff, they just process payments. So the whole experience is depending on the shop that actually books the money from the card via Safesslbillpay .
I used it already three times for a shop in China which sells UA sneakers (and with a shop owner I can trust) , and so far I never have experienced any issues or fraud. Fingers crossed, that it will stay like this, but I just want to say that the fraud is not caused by Safesslbillpay , its caused by the shady people abusing Safesslbillpay for their activities. But I agree that Safesslbillpay should def be more supportive in helping victims of fraudulent activities

We purchased a Carharrt, M, men's brown jacket and was asked to pay £113. A week gone by. No parcel, Feeling of being defraud.. we checked an email thread and discovered that the company is not based in Walsh and they took £130.65. I started reading the company review on this site. There is not contact number. An email is not good use as they refuse to help out saying that Safesslbillpay.com is not a seller and just takes money on the behalf of the retailer company.
After four weeks, we received a parcel addressed from Hong Kong . there was a fake northface large back men's jacket. A laaaarge northface price tag was on its zipper but the northface logo on the back of the jacket was missing. It was a completely wrong item. I rang my bank who seems aware of this company and they said that they will try to get money back.

No not use it. It is a scam! It poses as it is based in the UK, Walsh but in fact it operates in Hong Kong

Safesslbillpay is a total scam.
Ordered shoes from a Dutch site. Never got any shoes. No reply on my mails. And they keep taking monday from my creditcard. Contact your bank asap and check your account!

I thought I was purchasing some Pandora jewellery from a UK site and it turned out that the payment went via this fraudulent company in China! I called my bank to have the payment refunded as it had already cleared in my bank account and they said they can't step in until 21 days have passed! If the items arrive, they are likely to be fake and these can be assessed in a Pandora store, proven to be fake and a refund made on counterfeit products and if they don't arrive I can claim a dispute for that so hopefully I will get my money back but its likely to be a long process... A complete scam so do not be fooled as I was and do not buy if this is the payment company!

Like everybody else, I thought I was buying a genuine product - a Mulberry handbag. The website I bought from was advertised as Mulberry outlet!
Bought the bag, but the receipt came back from an unknown Chinese company.
I immediately cancelled the order and told the card company. They said the money had gone and in fact, considerably more than the sale price!
Eventually I have been told I will get a refund but well below the listed price, let alone the unauthorised increased sum they took.
There is so much of this fraudulent activity coming from China and clearly this is permitted by the Chinese authorities either directly or implied.
Has China no shame.
Do the Chinese government not mind being considered the pariahs of the world with customers accepting that if you deal with a Chinese company, you should assume they are crooks. That is in effect what is happening as this website confirms.

Thought I was buying a Pandora ring from a UK site, and had an email from this company as my payment was denied by my bank, fortunately they were on the ball, I put this safesslbillpay details in and it led me to this page. They tried to take more than they said as well, but as I said my bank blocked the payment and contacted me about fraudulent activity. They said the company were based in China! They have since emailed me twice to ask me to complete the payment as there was a problem that they have now sorted out!!!Just to be on the safe side, I have cancelled my card. Apparently a lot of the Chinese fraudsters use this company as their payment clearing.

My daughter found a pair of asics shoes on the bijoucitroen website in England, she loved them and we couldn't get them in Australia. We subsequently ordered them on the 2nd of December and paid for faster shipping so we could get them in time for Xmas. They took the money from my credit card, and a few dollars extra I think and since then we have heard nothing. I have tried to contact them through there website 3 times and nothing. It turns out that safesslbillpay was the company that took my payment/stole my money. Not happy with the whole situation so wanted to warn others to stay clear of both companies.

Terrible experience...I was buy necklace from swarovskicrystal.co.uk and seller is take me money two time...and than clean the site and everything...I was write so many messages but they dont answered me...better for everyone dont cooperade with them...

Payed a pair of UGG boots, been charged more than the price announced, received a fake order number and a different billing address (saesslbillpay), no contact available to check the purchase or reclaim. STAY AWAY!!!

Just found another FRAUD web-page : simposiocttc.com. It's the address of a scientific web-page to which these cons add a slash and a long link that takes you to the selling page of their fake products.
