Thief- Safesslbillpay

Safesslbillpay claimed themself the third party of payment service provider, instead of the seller of "thelandofgardens.com". I purchased 4 desigual polo shirts and confirmed my purchase with Safesslbillpay agents. Two weeks later I received my order from China. I was very disappointed to see the items shipped when I opened the package. Not a single item matched one of my orders, and all of them were completely different brand from my original order. I complained to Safesslbillpay for assistance. Of course they told me to wait for the seller to response and I never got any reply back. Be aware! A bunch of thieves!

Don't deserve even 1 star, i got ripped off like many others . Purchased shoes from ww.thetoolmarket.com.au took my money $180 for some merrell boots and sent me some $10 cheap fake leather shoes which are about 4 sizes to small but say they are a size us 10!.
First time i have been ripped off on line, may just go back to buying from shop and supporting local shop owners.
Any chance i will get my money back? I don't think so do you

Scam - 6 mths later I have not received my adidas shoes order or a refund

I bought a pair of adidas shoes from this website. They flagged themselves as being an Australian company but when I didn't receive my shoes after a period I contacted them through email and found out they were a Chinese company.
They emailed me back stating 2 times over 3 mths that their courier had dispatched the items to the wrong address and asked me to be patient. When I asked for a refund they agreed in the end after being relectant at first.
Now 3 mths later after weekly emails to them they advise that the refund is on the way.
I jus saw these reviews, looks like I won't be seeing my refund anytime soon.

Note another website they operate under is autohomeaustralia.com.au Stay away.

Unreliable seller from China

Update: Sep 2017

I had to spend some time and present all the evidence to my bank who opened a dispute first and ended with a full and permanent credit on my account.

The company couldn't care less. They charge $100 for shoes they never intend to deliver. Instead they ship different and cheaper items so even when the bank does not pay them they are still in business. Probably 1 or 2 out of 10 costumers bother keeping all the documents and take precious time to complain like I have. The vast majority does not have the time or energy and just take the loss. That's how they are still in business.

__________ ______________ ________________
How come no one informed me I was buying from China ?

1) Seller charged me more than the original amount shown on one of his many websites: in this case it is webcache109.com

2) Seller does not answer to emails or communicate

3) Seller sent the wrong shoes.

Pure rip-off

Pure rip-off. Masked themselves as a German e-shop and sent from China 3 fake pairs of shoes instead of 3 different pairs as ordered.

We played these scums by letting customs officers know the goods are fake. They went in contact with lawyers representing the particular manufacture and it was eventually flagged as fake. They have to get back to customs within 10 days so it's good to open with them a side channel.

As out payment was using card we could apply for charge back. Sufficient material for bank was already paper from customs about investigation. We got all our money back, it just consumed our time.

Purchased Supergas from Ofra Cosmetics

Purchased Supergas from Ofra Cosmetics, a site claiming to be Australian.
No cosmetics sold on this site, just shoes. Ordered a pair of Supergas and I don't think I will ever receive them. Paid with my MasterCard. Even though the price was quoted in Aud, I got charged more based on the "exchange rate!" Do not respond to emails. Funnily enough, the only contact number is one in Shenzhen China which rings out and the Facebook and Twitter icons don't work! I was stooged! I have since reported my transaction to my bank and praying that I will get my money back. Only pay with Paypal guys!!!

no way is your payment sage

no way is your payment safe. they allow overseas companies to use their nz website so you are unaware that you are purchasing from china. When the good you receive are not what you order you can not get your money back and they use robots to reply to your emails, so the same reply over and over.

DO NOT TRUST SAFESSLBILLPAY.COM

DO NOT TRUST SHOE THE BEAR AND SAFESSLBILLPAY.COM

On March 15, 2017 I bought a pair of boots through Shoe the Bear homepage. After waiting for more than 1 month, I contacted Shoe the Bear to ghet an explanation and they informed me that they had already shipped my order and that I could follow the shipment. Unfortunately, the link did not work and I contacted them again asking for an expected delivery date. After another 8 mail correspondence and 2-3 weeks passed, I was told that the supplier unfortunately had exchanged 2 orders. So how come I had not received any boots, not even the wrtong ones? Therefore, I contacted them again to ask for an explanation and, at the same time, asked them to refund the amount if they could not confirm a delivery date. As speaking the correspondence is with Safesslbillpay.com, who doesn´t seem to make a refund. Now we have May 16, 2017 more than 2 months after placing the order! What company sends out a survey to be compared to be a reliable company giving good service??? I have never been dealing with such an unreliable company - never place an order with SHOE THE BEAR or trust SAFESSLBILLPAY.COM

It seems like we are their victims too …

It seems like we are their victims too :( We have ordered ECCO shoes from eccobootsonline, the email of the receiver of the payment is 'service at safesslbillpay dot com'. When the shipment arrived in Slovakia it was stopped by the customs because apparently the Chinese company has sent fake Louis Vuitton shoes instead and so because of the copyright infringement the shoes will have to be destroyed.
They do not reply to direct emails or contact form requests, so it seems like we will not get any refund or compensation. So beware of them!
