A fantastic service.

I worked, my car got new brakes and a service. Totally seamless. Competitive prices, great service, friendly and helpful mechanics. All without a fuss. Would highly recommend.

Not as advertised for. They didn’t change the brake fluid although it’s part of the service that I paid for. Wouldn’t recommend for EV cars

Dave RAC mechanic, explained everything before he started working so basically I had general knowledge of the job. He went ahead to advise me as to how to maintain my vehicle so to have peace of mind. Well explained guy.

Great experience. Called the night before to give me a time slot for the next day. Mechanic turned up when they said they would and was friendly and professional. Really efficient service.

Great service came on time

Excellent service. What a lovely young man, polite, knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Changed the battery in no time and checked it once it was installed.

Great service to replace a failed battery, your mechanic arrived in the time frame quoted and fitted the new battery quickly. A great service offered by RAC following a callout for my car not starting on 14/09/26 by RAC breakdown service. Very competent staff on both visits, well done!

The mechanic denver arrived explaining what was going to happen, then got on with the job in hand afterwards explained thoroughly what was wrong and what needed doing,very professional no complaints.

Arrived early, completed the work really quickly and was very accommodating considering I had a toddler and newborn to deal with!

Arrived at home address in good time. I am fortunate to have a large communal residents only car park at rear of my house, but my cars positioning just forward out of my parking bay was sufficient for the two mechanics to work on. The service was performed fast & efficiently. Was about to offer both a coffee, but they had finished the service and informed me of needing new front discs &Pads sooner than later and would I like to have a quote nor realising that they also undertake such work. Quote on way via email. Would not hesitate in recommending this service to anyone who is time poor, or like me old and cannot be ars*d to take to a garage. 😉

Long time to wait but did a good job when he came and was very considerate.

Had RAC out to my home following a breakdown for a diagnostic, they advised of what work was needed. Booked in for them to come back next day to complete the work and car is back running again. Advice was given around the issue and other things that may need work in the near future. Both mechanics that attended were friendly and helpful.
Only thing I wasn't a fan of was having no rough idea when the mechanic would show up for the diagnostic service, even the text to advise they are on the way doesn't give a ball park figure.
