I tried updating my expired payment…
I tried updating my expired payment method on your website several time , was told it was updated , and payment accepted , then another email later to say my policy would be cancelled if payment wasnt made, updated my payment method once again and same response , plus a £20 late payment fee. Eventually had to phone you, 30minute wait, to get sorted so that I had reassurance that my vehicle was actually insured, which it was if I paid my premium AND late payment fee..... dialabolical customer relations approach.

I recently renewed my car insurance with RAC which was a relatively straightforward process online. I changed my car shortly after the renewal & asked for a new quote. This was over £400 more than another quote from another well known insurer so I cancelled my RAC policy but am still waiting for the promised refund. This is another example of a company that is very quick to take money & very slow to return money owed
