The application process was…UNECESSARILY COMPLICATED
The application process was straightforward, the outcome was expensive but at least I was insured. The problem came when trying to advise you of a Regd No change in order to use a personal regd no. The site offered no options for contact around this and the promised Chat Box was not available. This meant that on the day of car hand over I would have no insurance. Happily but some detective work on line I made contact with a very helpful staff member who resolved things for me, but it took several days to get to this point. It would be very helpful if chat boxes were made available from the point of acceptance.Complicated

Very disappointed
Very disappointed, I had a policy with them for a year. One month before the policy was up I bought a new car and asked if I could transfer my new car over. They declined because I missed a late monthly payment by 2 days (I paid it obviously). They said because the payment bounced I am too much of a risk factor for them. So I said ok I will go elsewhere for insurance, I asked them to cancel my renewal for my current insurance. They said they have done that for me. Renewal time came and they tried to automatically renew my contract, I managed to cancel that going through by going on my app and stop the money coming out. Scammers springs to mind, they don’t want to work with you or accommodate you.

The Form on line was fine until it came to Options and this was quite confusing as it didn't allow you to add anything extra until the very end of the form so a considerable time was wasted trying to work it out.
