Setting up the insurance was simple and…
Setting up the insurance was simple and very efficient...but when my bank alerted me that 'Budget' wanted to set up a DD, I didn't know who it was. I had previously been insured with budget and had a wrangle with them for auto renewing, which I did not ask for...so I cancelled the DD.

Began well, but then produced a previous claim that wasn't a real claim, because it was covered by a Protected No Claims Bonus, which was ignored!
