Thank goodness for a real, helpful human being!
I spent nearly 2 hours trying to apply online and kept being sent round in circles, never being shown a 'Pay Now' link. Finally resorted to phoning a real human being who was able to complete the process for me. There were far too many brightly-coloured 'add this, upgrade that' prompts.

Restarted my breakdown cover without asking
The Car insurance was OK, but they restarted my breakdown cover, and charged me £75, which I'd cancelled 3 years previously, dreadful behaviour.
