I was overcharged because of an admin error
I was quoted a price, filled in all the details and paid. When I received the policy there was a mistake on it in that it didn't show the details of an SP30. I can only assume that this information was deleted when I was redirected back to tick a box that I had inadvertently missed. Perhaps I should have re-entred all the information on that page but I am 100% sure I originally gave this information. When I called to correct the mistake I had to pay a further £62.77 to make the change or pay £25 to cancel the policy. This is completely unacceptable.

Card had changed so first payment…
Card had changed so first payment failed. I updated my card on the app expecting them to try again. But no I got an email saying I had to pay £20 admin fee. Wouldnt budge on a waiver.
I will not reinsure next year.

RAC is a name i can trust. I was looking for car insurance and they were the cheapest. There is no telephone service but contact by chat is available. Ive not had need to try it or the level of service yet.
