I recently required the RAC to attend a breakdown. The mechanic arrived in less than 30 minutes, Joshua 4280 was amazing. He went the extra mile to fix a fuel leak ahead of a 300+ mile journey, he could have put me on a relay or took me to a garage for repair, but spent a couple of hours sorting it. Can't praise Josh 4280 enough

We can highly recommend RAC mobile mechanics from our recent experience with Alan.
He made contact with us via text message, this was informative and clear about what would happen next so we knew what to expect.
Alan updated us on the day of the visit that he was on his way and arrived in a timely manner. He was professional, friendly and helpful throughout the appointment and explained things to us along the way. The work was completed in no time - it was evident Alan had good working knowledge. Thank-you for helping us on our way - wouldn't hesistate to recommend this service if ever it was required.

The mechanic that came to do our service today was helpful, informative and friendly. We left him to it and each time we checked in with him he explained what he was doing and why. He said that he loved working for the RAC and that they were a great company to work for.
