Rang and booked a diagnostic
Rang and booked a diagnostic, paying for the early slot only to get a call from the mechanic to say he wouldn’t be there until late morning as he was being sent from 2.5 hours away. He confirmed what I had told him over the phone and tried to book the job in but couldn’t. I was told that the office would call me back later that day - no call came. I ended up ringing 3 days later and they wouldn’t take the job as they couldn’t find the vehicle to match the part despite the dealer being less than 1 mile away. Waste of time and money

Nathan kept me informed prior to his visit. Upon arrival he explained what he was going to do and then got on and did it. He also answered my questions after he completed the work. Much better than chasing my dealer service department and having to deliver (and collect) the car!

Hi had a RAC service booked for today had a call yesterday confirming they would be coming between 12/5 today had a call today at 1500 hours telling me they couldn’t attend if I would have cancelled it at short notice it would have cost me £50 tried to reschedule for tomorrow as am going away Friday they told me it would be the 27/08/26 great company funny thing I have had my renewal for there breakdown cover today that will be cancelled as well so that’s going to save me £275 I will go to a reliable company who turn up when they promise so don’t touch this company
