The mechanic was a very friendly person and changed the battery quickly and efficiently. He is a lovely friendly man.

Adam - the mechanic kept in touch with us at all times and rang to let us know when he would arrive.
On arrival he listened to me tell him what the fault was and did a diagonistic computer check.
A fault was found and he corrected it and got the car running as it should be.
Adam was a very cheerful and knew he was very efficient at what he did.

Mechanic turned upon time. Very pleasant road side manner. Very courteous. Job repaired in no time. Very pleased with service provided.

Mechanic (SJW8399) was very flexible and due to an emergency vet situation, met me at a different location (not too far away). He was really polite, friendly and helpful despite having this detour and would thoroughly recommend him.

Ordered a battery and RAC Mobile Mechanic through Amazon. I hadn't seen this service before, and it was worth a go. What could go wrong? It turns out the manufacturer-specified battery I ordered for my car didn't fit. Our Sussex-based RAC mechanic, Sam, was fantastic. His pre-arrival communication was great; he arrived on time and was ready to get started. I could see he was passionate about working for the RAC; however, during installation, we both scratched our heads because the securing bracket wouldn't fit. While I appreciate that ordering the battery was my issue, Sam's service at the RAC was second to none. Brilliant but I need to buy another battery.

I've since spoken with the manufacturer to update its website with this battery information, and with Amazon, who will credit me back and collect the battery from my home address.

I would highly recommend RAC Mobile Mechanic, even though, on this occasion, it didn't go to plan. Back to square one for me.

A Mobile mechanic came out today to fix my van and was great. Scott Wilson arrived on time, communicated before hand with an eta and got stuck straight in and had my van back on the road in under 2hrs! Great chap, very friendly and a great service provided.

Excellent service. I was contacted the day before by Richard Mills (8655) the mechanic to make sure everything was ok and on the morning of the service he phoned me to give an eta. He carried out the service and test drive on my driveway. I would definitely recommend using the RAC Mobile Mechanics for a car service, it is so convenient.

Mechanic got me on the road, repair carried out same day. All you could ask.

I had my battery changed today by Dave. He was professional and friendly, very customer focused. I am very happy with the service, I use him again.

Jay did a great job! He arrived ahead of time, called me in advance to confirm an earlier than expected appointment, fitted a new starter motor and was off to his next job within an hour. The payment was processed easily on the doorstep.
