Very thoroughly done and very politely handled.It would have been great, though, if he had also shared some knowledge about the hybrid mechanism. Everything seemed absolutely fine when it was sold to us, but within a year it started showing a few issues—some of them quite serious.
Thanks again for your recommendations and for getting everything repaired so promptly and in a timely manner.

I had brake pads fitted by them
I had brake pads fitted by them on 9 June 2026. After they left, I drove the car and a message flashed up: brake failure stop safely. There was panic on my part, and I immediately braked, and the brakes seemed to be working fine. I immediately raised a complaint to RAC and the mobile mechanics. Got a standard reply that they will reply within 8 weeks. This is for a brake failure light coming up. Tried mobile mechanics, and eventually, after a few days, they turned up and said one of the sensors was not working and they would report it to the office. Nothing happened. Then I received an email that they have investigated the matter and do not hold RAC responsible because the ABS light was on before the pads were put on. I sent an email back saying the brake failure light only came up after they changed the pads. Since then they have not replied back.
Pathetic after-sales service. I have full RAC cover, which I won't be renewing with them.

This is such a great service to have!
This is such a great service to have. My brakes needed replacing but it being the summer holidays it is hard finding the time to go to a garage with 3 children and having no car for the day. The mechanic Jay called ahead of time with an ETA. He arrived and carried out the work very quickly. He pointed out a few things that needed looking at and was professional at all times.

Booked service 6th June after the…
Booked service 6th June after the service went on holiday and drove over 500 miles round trip. Got home oil all over the drive and the engine. He left dipstick up 4 inches and put too much oil in. 18th August still done nothing about it.
