Easy to deal with
Easy to deal with. Everything went smoothly ,a little bit of a hiccup with the pickup from Picton and the phone switchboard but 5 mins later it was all go.

Very easy process
Very easy process. When we collected the car it was raining and cold. The lovely lady at reception loaned us an umbrella (to take on our trip) and made sure the car was ready for us. We felt valued and the car was a corker. Great value for money and great service, we'll be back!

Seamless after hours pickup at Picton
Seamless after hours pickup at Picton, and drop-off at Christchurch airport. That said, the condition report had not been completed prior to pickup, so luckily I took photos of pre-existing damage (scratches, paint chips, bumper bar and wheel scrapes etc) as I did have to show one as proof it was pre-existing.

Our car was reasonably priced and ready to go when we got off the ferry at Picton. The best was the employee who took the time to give us great ideas for hikes and other stops on our way to our final destination.
