Affordability and service once in Picton.

Staff were very friendly and prompt with their service. Had no issue with this hire. They made the whole process easy and was also very reasonably priced.

Website was easy and intuitive.

Friendly service; quick response to queries

The staff at Omega were helpful and considerate. We were picked up at the ferry and driven to the Omega office. The car was ready to go when we were. We were able to get the size car we preferred. We were able to make changes to our plan with ease, which we appreciated. Drop-off of the car was very smooth. I have no hesitation in recommending Omega if you are looking for a car rental.

I don't see 10 days minimum for renting a car very customer friendly.

The team is incredibly welcoming, and the booking process is simple and stress-free, including both pickup and drop-off.

Super efficient and friendly service on pick-up and check-in. The pickup and drop-off location opposite the Bluebridge Ferry Terminal could not be more convenient. The car was not new but was well maintained. We had the vehicle for a month, and travelled more than 5000 km on the South Island with no issues. The rental was good value too.

There are no major issues, but I was hoping for a model with navigation included.

The early check-in and the late check-out processes were smooth and their response was quick!

Excellent price, excellent communication with questions I had about the rental and the pickup. Easy clear instructions for after hours pickup, easy return to a different location. Would highly recommend.

On picking up a vehicle from Picton
The car provided was a very old very high milage tiny and noisy car. I decided that this was unsuitable for our travels and returned back to request a change of vehicle. I was able to change but the cost for the larger also quite an old car was very steep in my opinion. The staff were helpful at Picton but I do feel I was savaged financially because of the required change

Great service, very helpful the vehicle never missed a beat, cheap to fuel up, we probably did 800klms over 12 days and the staff at Queenstown were great as well, I will definitely use Omega again in November.
