The car had a fault with satnav still waiting for it to be fixed was told on 18th of June part would take 10 days to come as of 10th of August have not heard anything.

Terry was amazing! From start to finish he helped find us the perfect family car. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! The whole process was easy and Terry kept us updated with everything that was happening and when we could pick up our new car.

Stress free car shopping.
It's been a long time since stepping out to buy a new car. I was pleaseantly surprised by the range and variety of most makes and models. Pricing was fair and competitive with no hidden surprises. We were left to look about the stock without being hassled by pushy salesmen. Overall an enjoyable stress free experience.
I asked about a few cars before settling on my purchase. Clear communication by friendly happy staff. Service was swift when it was decided what I wanted. I had a few initial problems with my old car and staff were professional when helping me sort it out.
I would happily recommend them if you want to upgrade or are just purchasing your first car.

Nyle was amazing, so helpful and informative. He spent so much time going through options and supporting us with deciding on the car. It was because of him we bought and didn’t go home to think about our decision.

Service after not great.
The wait to have your faulty car seen is over a months wait. Absolutely ridiculous so although I like my car I now would not recommend MG Nathaniel cars Cardiff. Oh and your car needs to be in the garage all day just for a radio issue. Terrible service offered
