Collected New car Saturday The 19th
I’m picking up the car. The car wasn’t validated correctly. I have handprints on my back head dressed. There was a scuff on the bumper and all the windows are dirty. The app disconnected from the car. I contacted the sales department Cody on Thursday. I said I will pop in on the Friday so he could sort it out. I turned up on the Friday and he wasn’t in so I was disappointed with that. I came in on Saturday. He hadn’t told me that he wasn’t gonna be in I was told to come back later on ringing in Saturday afternoon. I was told he was only in to do the handover and he wouldn’t be back in until the 28th so my app doesn’t work with my car, I don’t think I can do a charging schedule on it. I am at the moment disappointed with the Service I’ve been given.

Very disappointing experience with Nathaniel MG, brdigend
I found an MG HS Plug-in Hybrid Automatic advertised on the Nathaniel MG website with photographs showing the new/current-shape MG HS. Based on those photographs, I was interested in the vehicle and made an online booking.
After booking, I discovered that the actual vehicle was the previous/old-shape MG HS, which was not the vehicle I believed I was booking from the advertisement.
I contacted Nathaniel MG about this, and they have confirmed in writing that the incorrect images were displayed due to human error by their website team. I appreciate that they acknowledged the mistake and are correcting the website.
However, I am disappointed with the resolution offered. I was told that they could not offer the current-shape HS Plug-in Hybrid at a similar price and was simply invited to consider other vehicles.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but when a customer makes a booking based on the vehicle shown in an advertisement, I believe the matter should be handled with a more satisfactory customer-focused solution.
I hope Nathaniel MG will reconsider how they handle situations like this in the future, because the experience has left me very disappointed

Nathaniel cars are excellent, amazing customer service. I have used Nathaniel for 9 years and had several MG vehicles. I've never had any trouble with this brand in 9 years. I've just purchased an Mghs hybrid+ and it is probably the best vehicle I have ever owned and driven . Very pleased is an understatement. I can't praise this company enough. 5 stars from me.

First time I've ever bought a car from Nathaniels. I went in on the Sunday after I saw a car I fancied on their website. Craig was so friendly. They gave me a good price on my old Honda jazz. I then went back on the Friday. Exchange of cars was easy. They helped me tax the new car. I'm very happy with everything
