Fast processing to shipping but for the price paid UPS should have deliver at my home. Was there the whole day and they end up delivering it to a pick up point. Not good.

Very good experience
My first experience buying at muziker was really nice. I bought a cycling helmet it was for a quite good price if to compare any other shop, shipping was quite fast too, item well packed. Also contacted support becase the parcel seemed to be in delay for pick up by UPS on the beginning and they answered very fast. Can say I recommend this shop!

Everything with Muziker was ok but ups didn't even try to deliver the produkt at my house. They simply left it at a pickup point. That's not nice.

My vinyl came with a crease due to shipping handling, it came in a vinyl box and with bubble wrap but I suggest maybe a system like amazon with a vinyl box and a bigger box

Everthing arrived on time, well packed and in good condition. The prices are very atractive as well. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it took 24 hours to receive the invoice to confirm the payment and that got me worried, but everything went well and I recomend Musiker.pt

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, possibly the worst in the last 20 years among the thousands of purchases I've made across dozens of different online stores. In short: I ordered an item that was listed as "on the way" with an estimated delivery time of 15 days. After those 15 days passed, on the 20th day, I asked when it would be delivered. MUZIKER's response was that the item was out of stock from the supplier, with a new estimated delivery date of another two months. Although I expressed my disappointment, I said I was willing to wait. To my surprise, the very next day, MUZIKER canceled my order without my authorization and told me to reorder it, with the same delivery estimate! The problem is that this time, for reasons unknown, the item had increased in price by about 10%! Such a lack of professionalism... I do not recommend MUZIKER to anyone.
