very sad experience
Hello,
I am very sad and angry with the UPS carrier after reading that the package was refused and returned to Slovakia. I never refused the package because no one notified me, and simply because I had a phone problem, nothing was offered, such as taking the package to a pick-up location.
This is my last experience with you. I am therefore waiting for my order to be canceled and a refund via PayPal.
Please keep me informed as soon as possible.
