I bought a vinyl and it arrived broken…
I bought a vinyl and it arrived broken in half. I opened a ticket with pictures and all the needed information and I get an answer asking for pictures. I also checked the box that the main package was not damaged and I got an email after that asking if the package was damaged. I chose the option to get a new vinyl instead of the money back and at the end, without explaining why, they sent the money back. Why even bother having a ticket system if the information we put on it is not looked at.
