Excellent Customer Service
The chap I spoke to was very helpful, patient and polite providing exceptional customer service- a credit to your company.
I did not enjoy the robotic identification process when I first phoned before being transferred to a human whom I found to be very understanding and extremely helpful.

Lack of good communication
I received e-mails stating I had not renewed and if I had not paid by the renewal date the cover would cease.
I had at this point NOT received a new quote or terms, that was why I had not renewed.
Upone ringing, James was very helpful, it appeared that there was an outstanding query from last year relating to an incidnet several years ago. But it had not been flagged to me!
After renewing with James I have recieved a letter though the post explaining I had not renewed.
All a little stressful and confusing. A request to contact you and sort the query out would have been the right way to proceed.

Simple and straightforward process
The agent I dealt with was clear and considerate. She took time to make sure that I understood everything. I did not feel pressurised or rushed.
Took a little while to get an agent to speak to, but not unreasonable.

Spoke to a gentleman about my renewal who was nice and polite. About the policy going up about £85 compared to last year was very steep even with another year of no claims

Excellent service and price.
I got several quotes for my new motorhome including from comparisons websites, and Motorhome Protect was the most competitive. [This was through Quotezone]. I phoned them and spoke to Mark [I think] who could not have been more helpful. The call lasted just on an hour during which time Mark went through all the details and confirmed I was happy with the progress throughout the call. This is my first motorhome so Mark explained all the options and answered all my questions. I took out the policy during the call and received everything via email straight after the call. It is rare to get such good service so thank you. If you're looking for insurance [all types I believe] give them a try.
