Amazing service
After trying a different company with a bad experience, these gave me piece of mind, they would give me regular updates and was always at the end of telephone when I had a question. Nothing was ever too much or little. Would highly recommend and wouldn't use a different company. Even received a card congratulations us on our new home after we exchanged which was such a lovely touch.

There’s no words to express our gratitude to Dan and the team at New Wave. We started without much certainty and thought buying a house would be some way off for us. Dan kept in touch even during the early stages of our journey, then as we made it through to an agreement in principle on a home we never thought we would be able to achieve. Post our offer on the house getting accepted from the seller, it wasn’t plain sailing which we had anticipated. This where Dan and New Wave were even more helpful, open and honest at every stage and always commited to helping as much as possible right to the end. We’re three weeks in to owning the home our family can call its own and that is all down to the open and committed approach Dan took, keeping in touch, available and helping us getting things over the line. I can honestly say we wouldn’t be here without New Wave and I highly recommend if you’re a business owner, self employed, unsure of the mortgage process or buying a house I would highly recommend talking to them and starting the process at the earliest opportunity. We were unsure if we would be able to get a mortgage with my partner having a ltd company that had been set up less than a year and they were amazing! if they can't get you a mortgage you don't pay anything but if you get one there is a fee, which is worth it as we got a very good interest rate and are currently in our new home! Can't recommend them enough

I found this company amazing. I’m self-employed and was struggling to secure a decent mortgage. I spoke with Kirsty, who reassured me she would help me get the mortgage. She was friendly, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease, as it’s a daunting process. Rachel then took over once a figure was agreed. She was very helpful, polite, and patient with me while filling out forms and gathering all the necessary documents. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable when I was unsure of what I was doing. She was always available by phone or email for any questions and coordinated with the solicitors to keep everything on track. I’d recommend this company 100%
