The experience I have had with New Wave Financial Services was great from day 1, dealing with Dan, and everything has been handled professionally by the whole team, including Kye and other members of their team.

You walked us through every step of our mortgage even though our circumstances created a mine field of issues, you solved each one with calm efficiency and now I get to write this review fron the comfort of my new home. It is perfectly true that there are fewer things more stressful in life than buying a home. If you're self-employed, or simply have complicated circumstances, then New Wave can help you like they did us. Kirsty and Rachel were both brilliant! Even when it seemed virtually impossible to achieve, Kirsty found the right lender for us. I reckon she could find a needle in a haystack. Rachel guided us effortlessly through the process of dealing with the underwriters, who seemed to have never-ending requests for yet more information and documents. Both Kirsty and Rachel were utterly professional and courteous throughout the whole process, and at the same time friendly, and sympathetic to my frustrations at all the hurdle-jumping.
They made the whole process so much more bearable, and I would highly recommend them and their company.

They guided me clearly from application to formal mortgage offer, laying out next steps, timelines, and costs transparently (the broker fee/invoice process was simple and well explained). Communication was spot-on—quick responses, proactive updates, and they liaised with my solicitor weekly which kept the legal side moving. I also appreciated their discussion around appropriate mortgage protection so I could make an informed decision. As a busy business owner, the whole process felt efficient and calm—no chasing, no confusion. Amazing service from start to finish by Dan Cosgrove, promised that he will do everything he can to get my mortgage sorted and he delivered! Communication was amazing throughout the whole process, always a phone call or a message away, never ignored my calls or messages. Even went out of his way to call me on weekends for updates!

Rachel Wilcox also helped alot in the process and always kept me updated and contacted the solicitors continuously for me to get updates.

Kept in touch throughout the whole process with regular updates and offered plenty of advice and easy to understand information. Got us the best mortgage deal for myself and my wife who are both self employed. Kye was second point of contact and again friendly, professional and kept us updated. Emails and phone calls were always answered with professionalism and grace. Great guys.

New Wave Financial services has done a great job for us. I will recommend them if you have income issues like multiple source of income or self employed for less than 2 years, they are amazing on each n every step. Finally, I got my mortgage application approved with Pepper Money and soon we will be doing exchange/completion for our dream house.

Being self-employed and or a LTD company owner, its challenging to actually get a mortgage these days.
We tried a few mortgage brokers, who promieed the earth and all the you'll be accepted with all these high street lenders!..... well no you wont!
This is when we started to Google our predicament and realised we need to look elsewhere, and quick.
We came across New Wave Financial Services and dropped them a message through there online contact form, wasn't expecting much but then the same evening we got a call from Daniel, we talked him through our situation in depth etc.... Daniel said no problem we will get you a mortgage.
We had heard it all before but decided to give it a shot as a last resort.
Daniel introduced us Rachel as our case worker and between them they crossed the t's and dotted the i's with all the income and expenditure documents we submitted to them.
Within 4 weeks we had a mortgage offer for the amount we needed to buy our forever home... We were absolutely blown away with the speed and thoroughness of New Wave's Daniel and Rachel, we were kept informed all the way with phone calls and email updates which was brilliant and added to the excitement of the purchase of our new home.
We would 100 percent recomend New Wave Financial Services, no personal circumstances are to big for them, they know there stuff and will definitely be able to assist anyone self employed looking for a mortgage.

After out current mortgage provider refused our remortgage due to my husband only having half of the tax year as self employed we thought we would have to wait another year before our plans for extending the property.
