Excellent Customer Service
Bought the same item but in different sizes on 2 separate transactions as result having to pay for delivery and return charges as not qualifying under their T&C's for free delivery/ return. They refunded the delivery charges, gave me a link for free returns with Royal Mail and kept me in communication with what was happening throughout the process. Top company and will use again in the future.

Helly Hansen workwear
Bought a two piece Helly Hansen set from MI supplies 3 months ago. Developed rips in both legs at seams with minimal use. Messaged customer service and another pair sent out with no fuss. Can't fault them for their customer service in resolving the issue. Claire with whom I spoke to was a star and had the matter sorted immediately. Will use again in future.

Really good shop. I found there a pair of Proman shoes for my husband, the model which we couldn't find in any other shop. I've placed the order on Feb. 3 and the pack arrived to our house in Ireland on 9th.

I ordered a t shirt for my son for Christmas and I have still not received it. My order was dated 8/12/22. This is really disappointing. I emailed the company a week ago but haven’t even received a reply. I would like the t shirt sent as soon as possible or a refund. Fantastic product at a great price
Fantastic product at a great price, just a little slow with delivery. Took 8 days from them notifying of dispatch to it arriving. Can't fault the product, just need to be a little more honest with delivery times.

I have taken a quick look at your order, placed on Saturday 19th November and was sent out the next business day at 9:13 am, so all good on our despatch promise. Really disappointed to see your parcel didn't arrive until today (29th). We use a mix of six couriers and currently this week we have a combined four days of strike action from two different options! This is then impacted all our other couriers who are starting to see delays in their network as they take up the slack.
We will put some further info out to our customers based on your feedback for sure.

I’ve used MI supplies several times…
I’ve used MI supplies several times over the past few years after finding them randomly on the internet. I’ve had a few issues with ordering the wrong thing, (which was my fault), but the staff dealt with them politely and quickly. I’ve also returned one item which was hassle free. So if you want Carhartt work wear at good prices I’d recommend MI Supplies. ( so far I have ordered 3 pairs of Carhartt Rigby work trousers, a Carhartt sweatshirt, a bunch of T-Shirts and a Helly Hansen fleece and I will be ordering from them again). The trousers are tough and the first pair have so far withstood a year at college doing blacksmithing if that’s a useful indicator to anyone. Communications always efficient, helpful and friendly. If recall correctly the items usually turn up the next day too.

Awesome boots
Bang on delivery date with great communication in the meantime. Bought HH high leg winter workboots and they’ve just passed their first week in groundworks with flying colours, super comfortable and very light, would recommend them very highly.

Helly Hansen work boots
Bought a pair of Helly Hansen work boots on the 21st October. Order didn’t arrive until the 2nd November. Not the quickest for delivery. However I did receive an email stating that there had been a 3rd party cloud support server serious outage and this was causing delays. I am really happy with the boots so far.
Update: had these boots a few weeks now and I just had to update this to say that they are fantastic in the wet weather! I had to stand in a giant puddle to strap my lorry and my feet stayed totally dry! Well worth the money!!!

I will not be ordering again, the fact they state they are the fastest at delivery is an absolute joke, now I’m trying to get a refund and can’t get hold of anyone, stay away if you actually want to get your order!
Yes after weeks of waiting getting a different excuse every time I asked where my order was, it was only because I got your email address off the Google review that you have issued a refund, terrible service, if you are having problems for filling orders let your customers know instead of having to chase you.
Absolutely not the first part of my order was late and I had to ask you to send it as you hadn’t informed me about the delivery date at all,I have all the information and I will post this as you seem to think I’m not correct

Tom, you have left the same incorrect review as per your Google review. You have had constant dialogue with our customer service team for the past few days and our Managing Director reached out today to try and assist you, which also did not appease you. At no point, have you not being able to get hold of anybody.
You have not been waiting weeks for your order. As of your review date yesterday, you placed your order 12 days ago, and your first part of your order was sent out after 8 days (which was early).
Our 3rd party warehouse system provider suffered an outage on their server on the 23rd October which has put us back about five days, although we are getting back to normal levels as of today thankfully. We have been transparent with this information to all our customers with emails and social media updates, who very thankfully have been very understanding of the problem. You have been refunded in full with two hours of your request.
You have been informed of the issues that delayed your order by 72 hours, rather than your statement of not informing customers.
We are in total agreement with you, the past 7 business days we have struggled to meet customer demand due to the above issues and can only apologize. However your comments are full of inaccuracies about our company throughout.
Bargain!
Great prices and arrived in like 3 days. Needed a heavier jacket for the autumn/winter, so I decided on a Detroit jacket with a hood, all in all was £120, and it's actual Carhartt! None of this WIP stuff that would be double the price. Definitely ordering from here again.

Awesome service with an extra level of care
I was hoping to purchase a few Carhartt items before a trip I had the following week. After I chose my items and headed to the delivery options I was met with a delivery date that was well past what I had hoped.
I messaged the guys at MI through the online chat who were nothing but helpful. They did some digging and assured me that I could probably receive the items in time for my trip. This interaction was on a Friday afternoon so the agent couldn't fully confirm things until the Monday. Sure enough at 9am sharp on Monday morning I was informed that we were good to go and I received the items the very next day.
Overall the service was awesome and I appreciated the extra care and effort for what was a very small order in the grand scheme of things. Highly Recommend.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Order number is 151208 and purchased 17th august. Not only are they late for the dispatch date (longer than they said to wait after the initial estimate). I have received not 1 single email from the company on updates or anything else. So poor.

Do not buy at this company
Do not buy at this company, I paid next day delivery. After a week I had to chase them as item never arrived. They didn't bother telling me why item was not delivered, if I didn't contact them... they would have taken my money. Don't buy here, you've been warned.

However you are mistaken with your comments on Trustpilot and other platforms. There is NO option on our site to choose a paid next day delivery. Your emails to our customer service team today, clearly states in the email trail that your despatch date was between 26th and 1st September (note today is 30th August). I am very sorry you have been mistaken and not read the information prior to ordering from us. Based on our 4.9 rating on Trustpilot, this shows that your information is incorrect and mistaken. We responded and emailed you on a number of occasions confirming your delivery time, but this was not understood, or was ignored. Suggesting our company is a scam, is libelous. Again, very sorry that you feel you have been misled, you have been fully refunded.
Additional comment (31st August) - it is with regret, we are now keeping a record of the continuing written threats to us via your emails to our customer service staff.

High Praise, Well Deserved
I wrote a review of MI Supplies back in April based on my very positive experience of having some embroidery artwork created (free of charge, by the way!) for what was at that time an upcoming, small order. There were some changes to my employment (change of alliance, therefore logo) which meant I did not go ahead with the order. I picked up the baton again a week or so ago and placed a small order for Mascot polo shirts to be embroidered with new, separate logos. Well, did I make a hash of the instruction or what?. I put the team (Sheryl and Mike) to so much effort thru' my own incompetence. I have, however, been on the receiving end of politeness, professionalism and patience.
