Misupplies have ghosted me like a bad tinder date. No product, no communication, no email, no replies on their chat app, nothing. Last I heard from them was a confirmation email almost a month ago when they took my money. Since ordering I’ve received other workwear orders, one from Netherlands and unbelievably 2 from Australia. Imagine my work shorts turning up from the other side of the world quicker than a few T-shirts from the North East.
Bought from this store a couple of times now . Competitively priced and prompt delivery.
The first order arrived late, the second and replacement arrived even earlier than planned. Communication was fast. Overall satisfaction with both the store and the product.
Terribly slow, no way to contact the company. 10 days and not heard back, can’t even get a refund, can’t phone, no returning emails.

I ordered 2 caps almost 4 weeks ago for a holiday and received nothing despite paying. I emailed after 2 weeks, was told a date they should arrive by. They didn't arrive by that date. I have emailed again and after a few days they got back to say my order has been delivered. (Which it hasn't) so this issue is still on going. . First and last time I use Mi supplies.

Ordered item on the 8th April and wernt dispatched until the 13th. Original listing said I would receive by the 14th, but not sure when I will receive them now as dpd site still not showing them. Very poor.

Terrible customer service sent 2 emails since 1st of April zero reply’s they don’t take calls email only and ignore not an ounce of communication paid £5.99 for a week long supposed dispatch date on the 8th still heard nothing don’t buy not worth the hassle , should of bought work trousers from a trusted seller my advice stick to local suppliers or screwfix don’t chase cheap or u get cheap customer service how csn 2 pairs work trousers take nearly 2 weeks to dispatch oh I know they not got them in stock to begin with 🙄

they never dispatched my items despite several calls and emails. The first email they replied but since then it has been quiet for almost a month now. Would not recommend buying from them. Right now I raised a chargeback with my credit card company to get my money back (around £250).

I order pair of boot caterpillar and I have been waiting for more then 2 weeks but my stuff never arrived. They said working on dispatch and taking for more than 2 weeks. That’s the slowest company ever. Verry bad on service. Don’t wasting your time.

I ordered a Jacket of them and it didn’t fit- I then sent it back 01st class and arrived back at their depot by the 20th March- it is now the 07th April 2026 and after numerous emails asking where my refund is I am Still yet to receive my refund. I got 1 email back saying they were thin on the ground and they will reach out to accounts team to sort this. That was over 2 weeks ago now and nothing! Will have to go to my credit card company now to claim back my money! Very frustrating and disappointing.

Got a pair of combats really bad quality too big when there ment to b medium button holes half made absolutely terrible quilty material bought a few over the years on this site were good not going to bother again ill throw them away so bad

My boots are just over one year old and the BOA lace snapped, i have emailed the company on what to do and still haven't had a reply off them yet and its been nearly a week since i emailed them. They're essential for work and I can't use them so they're just £160 paper weights now.

Used MI supplies on and off for a number of years for Carhartt products and only once had an issue with an item, which was resolved by April which I’m very pleased with. I recommend this company for workwear as prices are always reasonable compared to elsewhere and there is a huge amount to chose from.

Edit. You absolute liar. You have not sent me any emails asking for anything! Trading standards will receive all evidence of you refusing my refund especially as i have the proof you received it because it was singed for over a week ago.
Nowhere to write reviews so you have no way of knowing if the shoes/boots come up big, narrow or small so had to send some back. Still waiting for them to process my refund despite them signing for the parcel 4 business days ago! Customer service is non existent and with nobody to talk to it's utterly crap trying to get any information on the products. They expect everything done through emails so they can ignore them. Do not trust this company as way too many red flags!

So clearly your reading and comprehension aren't up to much. Firstly I mentioned the fact they didn't fit because there are no reviews to go off which would give people the heads up.
What the one star is for the extremely poor, or rather lack of, customer service but funny how you missed that part. Loads of reviews state you don't reply to emails or rectify problems so stop lying.

I placed an order with MI Supplies on 26/02/2026 and received an order confirmation email the same day.
After several days with no dispatch confirmation or delivery update, I contacted their customer service team on 06/03/2026 to request an update via the email provided on the website. Since then, I have attempted to contact the company multiple times via email, their online chat facility, and by phone.
Unfortunately, I have received no response through any of these channels.
As a result, I have been left without any update on my order or an explanation for the delay. Based on my experience so far, the lack of communication and the lack of customer support, I would not recommend this company.
